    Have very sensitive skin so have started making my own products. This butter is great & has become my preference. Doesn’t irratate skin. It’s a more solid consistancy , slightly more effort to chip off smaller pieces, but melts easily & works relly well for me. Will repurchase. thank you

    The Kokum butter has a mild to non existent smell. The texture was smooth, it melts and blends well. My only recommendation is that the butter is put in a plastic baggie instead of the tub or package it in a box versus the bags it came in. The company did well in trying to protect it. I can tell the amount of effort that was put into it however the container was cracked and I had to be careful with it not to get any of that plastic in the butter or cut myself trying to get it out of the container because the butter is a hard butter. It was not easy getting the butter out of the plastic to work with it. I had to cut the container completely and break up the butter to get it out. So that is a recommendation for future reference for the company in their shipping.

    Kokum butter is silky smooth, and not too oily once it’s on the skin. I use a wax melter in low heat, so it is easy to apply. This makes a great base for a DIY makeup primer, no breakouts and no oil all day.
