This product arrived melted. It was totally liquid.
In fairness it was 90+ the day it came and I’m not sure how long it was outside after delivery.
It has a good smell and seems to moisturize the skin well. My 3 stars is based off the fact I can’t review it accurately due to it being liquified upon arrival.

I was initially very happy with the pure ingredients listed on the label of this whipped shea butter. With a blend of shea, cocoa, almond, lavender, coconut and jojoba it was hard to see how this could go wrong.
*The problem— Lavender Essential oil
There is a big difference between lavender oil and lavender essential oil. The essential is super concentrated and really only a drop in this container would have been enough. Instead it is listed after almond oil and before coconut and jojoba. That is a lot of essential oil and fully explains the overpowering cheap drug store perfume scent.
It is unfortunate and so sad that they destroyed the wonderful beneficial pure oils with this cheap scent.

I didn’t notice a scent to the body butter other than the regular scent of shea butter. I was a bit disappointed because I was expecting a scent. However, the body butter was amazing. I warmed a small amount in my hand and it applied so smoothly to my skin. It left it feeling buttery soft and not greasy.

So great. A nice size. Looks to be handmade. I really like using it on my hair mostly but feels good on lips and skin. The smell. The moisture. The glow. OMG I just love everything about this product.
