    I liked the body wash from suave. It felt refreshing and has a fresh scent to it.
    Can be used as body wash or shampoo which is another plus.
    Just the price keeps going up and not sure if I will pay more for it. Suave should keep the prices low in order to keep their buyers.
    No skin irritations with this product.

    I have been using each product on alternate days for about a week now to see which I liked best. At first glance, both seem to be identical blue, thick, gelatinous liquids. Both lather up nicely, and rinse off cleanly. I like the generous lather I get with these compared to bar soap.

    The first difference I noticed was fragrance. Dial has a more perfumy smell. Suave just smells clean and not so much in your face.

    I can’t speak to head hair, because I don’t have much. What I do have, I crop down to about a millimeter. I do have a beard, however, and it gets washed along with my face and everything else every day in the shower. Beard pundits will tell you, never use head shampoo on your beard, but I’ve never been able to figure out how to wash my face, but not the beard. Also, these are not head shampoos. They also tell you not to wash the beard more than once or twice a week. I tried that once. By the third day, it was a greasy, matted-down mess, and it just felt unclean. I do use beard wash after shampooing and rinsing it, and continued that with these products.

    Finally, after rinsing good and toweling off, I use a small bit of balm on the wet beard, again, contrary to the pundits’ advice. I just feel it spreads more evenly when the beard is wet.

    Now the verdict. If all you use it for is washing skin, there’s probably no difference. My beard, however, is wavy, and I’ve always had a problem with fly-aways and odd hairs sticking out all day long. There was a small improvement with the Dial, but I still had fly-aways. When I used the Suave, I got a nice well-groomed wavy beard with no fly-aways. In fact, it has never looked so good. I also prefer the Suave smell.

    Your results may vary, but for me, the beard has spoken and the winner is Suave 3 in 1.
