    I’ve been struggling with sleeping and had heard about the benefits of magnesium so I decided to give this a try. It’s very thick and feels great putting it on. The scent is subtle and nice. It dries well and doesn’t feel sticky. When I first started using this, my feet had been especially dry after several trips to drier areas with lots of walking. Within a couple days of using it, they felt much better and the dry skin was gone! It does not; however, help me fall asleep at all. I still love it as a lotion and will continue to use it.

    I am absolutely loving the Calm Cream in Lavender Scent with Magnesium & Vitamins! The lavender scent is soothing and just right—not overpowering, but still noticeable enough to provide a calming effect. The thickness of the cream is perfect; it feels luxurious and absorbs well without leaving any greasy residue. It’s become a staple in my self-care routine, especially after a long day. The added magnesium and vitamins are a great bonus, making this cream both relaxing and nourishing.

    I’d been using magnesium orally till my stomach rebelled, so decided to try a few sprays and creams to see if they made a difference.
    Not really sure if the magnesium is really absorbed, but the cream itself is quite nice. It smells nice and feels good on the skin. Since I was using it to calm edgy nerves at night, lavender was a great choice.

    I love this little jar full of good, natural extracts and amino acids. Low levels of Magnesium cause a loss of Fatty Acids which are essential for elasticity and hydration. I have been taking Magnesium Supplents for several months and I was thrilled to find this cream in my feed. Growing old gracefully does not have to mean deeply wrinkled and hagly. 😆 It doesn’t require Botox, Fillers or surgery, either. Just a little extra self love goes a long way.

    As I am approaching and experiencing the effect of menopause, I am making it a point to research what is actually happening inside and outside of my body and taking steps to supplement for things that naturally diminish, over time.

    This is a fabulous night cream. The Vitamin E is a skincare staple. I am new to Magnesium ON my skin but in the months that I have been taking it internally, I have noticed a big improvement with everything from my hair, skin and bodily function. My muscles are becoming more toned and my skin on my alligator legs has become much, MUCH more elastic and firm. That was really bothering me.

    The ingredient list contains a wealth of health and good stuff! There are many essential and natural ingredients in here. Perhaps the scientific names for the natural ingredients contained are not clear for some. I’ll say this – I am not! returning mine.

    This is a large jar of cream. I would say that it is excellent for dry and mature skin. The scent is slightly fragrant with lavender and chamomile and it is a relaxing addition to my night routine. It isn’t at all overpowering. I happen to enjoy a nice (not flowery) clean scent. It is super hydrating.

    Keeping dead skin cells from building up on our faces and allowing continuous softening of the keratin layer, as well. You have to be ultra hydrated to soften it, so that it can be removed. This product certainly does a good jobb of that. I do have an annoying and stubborn dry patch in my ‘Elevens’ and T-zone, so I have been concentrating on that. This cream goes on like silk and makes you so soft. After a couple of days, that patch of dry skin started rolling off. Now my other lotions and potion, in combo with The Calm Magnesium Cream. I had similar effect on the rest of my face, as well.

    The price point is very reasonable with double the amount of so many of the other creams; especially in these days of shrink-flation. I refuse to spend hundreds of precious dollars for cream that are full of things I can’t even recognize.

    I will be keeping this in my Menopausal Skincare Arsenal.
