    I like this bar of soap. It feels good on the skin. And it smells good to me. I personally don’t like super strong scents of any kind (regardless of whether it’s like Rust and Pine Needles or Lavender and Mint…) and this soap is really mild. It does smell SLIGHTLY of sulfur, but not enough that it makes YOU smell like sulfur. It also smells SLIGHTLY of like, classic clean, gender neutral ~fresh laundry~ sort of smell. I use a bunch of bars of soap at the same time and even ones that seem ~natural~ smell super overpowering compared to this. It gets you clean without making you smell any type of way, which is ideal for me. It’s also nice on the skin! I have a good amount of acne (modular cystic acne, especially on my back and chest) and get folliculitis more often than I should. Some soap makes it worse. I’ve used salicylic acid basically everywhere, but that really dries my skin out and seems to do little for the acne. It also doesn’t feel like a very good soap. I like that this is soap and definitely doesn’t make my acne WORSE. The active ingredient, sulfur and triclosan, work wonders for your pores, fighting off acne-causing bacteria and evening out your skin tone. It doesn’t make me feel overly dry or like my tires are clogged. It’s gentle enough for daily use without drying out your skin. I’ve been using it for a while now and my skin has never looked better. As a bar soap, it is also a fantastic value. Just be careful in the sun: if you’re using it for body acne make sure to wear sunscreen, even if you don’t usually need it. I have olive toned skin and have only been seriously sunburned once when I spent an entire day on a beach in California without sunscreen. After using this (and other medications that cause sensitivity, so I know this wasn’t the sole culprit) I worked on the car one day without a shirt for a few hours. I was mostly in the garage but afterwards I was as red as a lobster. The skin peeled off my face and back an neck and shoulders. I was sick and exhausted for days. Even if you have melanin, wear sunscreen please!

    This bar worked really well for me. My face feels nice, it’s not dry and my complexion is improving. The price is good since it works. It does smell a little funny when you are using it, but it’s not strong and I don’t notice it after I rinse it off. I’m very happy with this product. I will be buying his again.

    It really cleans your face. Helps protect break outs. But, it does smell like a rotten egg or a catalytic converter! Because it contains sulfur. And sulfur does not smell good. If you can get past that, then you will like the results. It does not have a moisturizer. Get a jar of Palmers night cream.
