It’s kind of a strange space spending so much on soap products, but in this case I’m not mad at it. The scent on these bars is fantastic. At least on par in quality with the prettier soaps I’d pick up at Whole Foods, but with a profile I prefer over just like “coconut”. I’m a lady, wear unisex fragrances, I dislike most shaving products, this is a great alternative to the overpackaged cannisters, much more eco friendly.
The bar is really nice as a bar soap, lathers well, does seem to exfoliate nicely, nice using it on my back, no issues at all. The shave bar, not quite as effective/moisturizing as my favorite rice bran oil, but so much more convenient and with significantly less packaging. I just let it live next to the soap and can grab and treat that like a normal bar for shaving, cuts a couple of seconds out of my routine and leaves much less oil residue on the floor of my shower. Think this would probably be perfect for dudes, so by proxy great for anyone who’s looking for a more minimal routine.

These are such nice soaps. They smell really good and the all around design and presentation is beautiful. They’d make such a good stocking stuffer. The shave bar lathers really nicely, too!!

I’m loving the Good Time – Smooth Soothe Duo The Exfoliating Body Bar is fantastic – it cleanses, exfoliates, and hydrates all at once. My skin feels softer and smoother, and it does wonders for ingrown hairs. The eco-friendly aspect is a big plus, knowing it’s crafted with organic pumice and coconut shell powder.
The Moisturising Shave Bar is a dream too. It lathers up so nicely and leaves my skin feeling super soft and soothed. The scents are incredible. The High Tide fragrance of the body bar smells like eucalyptus, black currant, and pine – totally refreshing. The Canyon Drive scent of the shave bar with bergamot, magnolia, and musk is soothing and makes shaving a delightful experience.
This duo is a must-have for anyone looking to up their skincare game. It’s a perfect combination for a smooth and refreshing shower routine. Highly recommend

I’ve been loving bar versions of products to be more sustainable, so I had to try these. This is the first time I’ve used a shaving bar and I was pleasantly surprised by it! It creates a nice foamy lather and works well, keeping my skin well hydrated and not parched when I’m done shaving. The exfoliating bar is also quite nice and you don’t need to press down to hard to get a real smooth feel. Great of real rough bits like knees, elbows and heels. Both of them have a nice scent profile but they both also lean a lot more masculine. I personally wouldn’t go out of my way to get these again as they are pricey, but they make for a great gift duo for someone, especially if they love masculine scents.

The first thing that I could not help but notice about the Good Time Smooth + Soothe Duo was the presentation of the products. The Exfoliating Body Bar and the Moisturizing Shave Bar were placed in a simple decorated manufacturer cardboard box making it immediately gift ready. The common traits between the two bars was that each bar had a clean, fresh, pleasant, and natural fragrance that can be enjoyed by both men and women, fit comfortably in my hand, and lathered well when it met damp skin and water. The manufacturer describes the Exfoliating Body Bar as, “feels like burying your toes on the beach and reaching cold sand.” This is the one description regarding the soap that I strongly disagree with. The exfoliating aspect was intense and painful when I used it on my arms, legs, back, and torso. It was the polar opposite from comfortable and relaxing. Only when I used the bar on my hands and feet did I find it comfortable. It did perform as advertised as it definitely exfoliated my skin removing all dry, dead skin. It sadly was just not the comfortable exfoliation that I prefer. When my husband used it, he stated that he did not find it as uncomfortable and unpleasant as I had. As a result, he happily used the Exfoliating Body Bar on his own. The Moisturizing Shave Bar was like night and day in regards to the two bars. This was the bar that we could easily share. It is a fantastic product that makes shaving a breeze. It is very moisturizing, allowed for a close shave, and left my skin feeling soft to the touch. This is an ideal product that can be used at home, when camping, or travelling. The soap and shave bar are vegan and cruelty-free products that contain no parabens, sulphates, phthalates, and silicone. The manufacturer also noted that 50% of their profits bring WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene) services to those in need. The products are Manufactured in the UK. This set would make a wonderful gift for your favorite guy.

these bar cleanse good and made specifically for men. they smell musky and too strong but for sweaty person this might work well. it also dries out skin a bit so make sure to moisturize. but when it comes to cleansing, this bar really do good.
