When I ran out I purchased a refill from my local vitamin store. I suffer from constipation due to medication side effect. I use Magnesium to keep regular. However, the refill did not work. Been using Nature Made magnesium when I started getting leg cramps during the night. For the most part the leg cramps have gone away. There was no “smell” when I opened the container. Great price and value and most importantly 95% of my leg cramps have gone away.

My husband uses this magnesium for keeping regular. He’s had colon cancer. He loves this brand and that it is just magnesium with nothing else added . You have to do a little trial and error to determine how many to take to maintain regularity. He has found 3 at night and 1 in the morning works for him, but everyone is different.

It’s true! These softgels are so much easier so swallow than tablets. I have trouble finding softgel Mag in stores so I always order these from Amazon. Ive ordered these for years (including in the summer) and so far, none have ruptured in transit.
