Really like these pills. Not too expensive and are definitely helping my nails become stronger. They sorta stink, bits it’s not abnormal. All natural ingredients that are great to have in pill form. Get sticky when wet, so make sure you use a lot of water. Works after about a bottle. That’s when I started noticing a difference.

Doctor’s Best is a known brand of vitamins here in the US. I have alopecia and thinning hair, and my nails are also on the thin and brittle side, so I thought I’d give this supplement a try.
The pills are on the bigger side, but not the biggest. There is a slight smell to it, but tolerable. I simply pop it in my mouth and wash it down with a lot of water.
After a month or so, it’s still hard to see any concrete result. I think vitamins take a bit of time to build up?
As vitamins are not regulated by the FDA, consumers need to read up on them and be careful which brands to trust. Research is a must.
I will continue to take these and monitor.

So far my mother’s been happy with them and had no bad side effects. They are on the larger size from what she’s used to. They also have a slight after taste that goes away quickly with some water. She hasn’t had any other complaints. I will say that I’ve seen similar products that last much longer at like 2 months for cheaper so I may be a bit ignorant on what’s the difference in quality and value.

These supplements have all the ingredients that make for a great supplement when it comes to hair, skin and nails, and the brand is a brand that has been around for a while and has a good reputation. I will say the supplements do you have a bit of an odor to them, and a slight taste to them as well. It doesn’t bother me. I take quite a few supplements each day, and I’m kind of used to supplements and have a slight taste, but if someone who doesn’t really take vitamins and supplements regularly, these might bother them. They are average size and are easy to take. They seem on the pricey side but that could be because you’re paying for better ingredients ingredients that work better than others so just keep that in mind.
