This seems to be a good quality Mimosa so far.
– Capsules are easy to swallow
– No odd aftertaste or ill effects
– Price/Value is very good
– Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven’t seen the COA yet)
– Nutricost is a well-trusted brand that routinely passes other 3rd party testing
I haven’t had any problem taking these, but I’m only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I’ll revise my review accordingly.

Not sure if this is working or not. Nothing is different from when I started taking it. No negative side effects, but no positives either.

This did not gel. Mimosa pudica works by becoming a gelateneous substance when combined with water in the intestines, thus gathering parasites and toxins to itself for elimination. I let a capsule sit in a small amount of water for 24 hours and it did not form a gel. I contacted Nutricost and they told me to send it back to Amazon. However Amazon clearly states that it is not a returnable item.

Over 30+ years, I’ve looked into and taken many types of plant sourced supplements. For me, more often than not & with high quality brands, they have been very effective.
Until now, I haven’t had any experience with Mimosa Pudica seed & I’m anxious to see how I do on it. I haven’t taken this product long enough to share my health experience but, I am pleased to see certification & an outside lab analysis. It’s reassuring & builds trust in the brand. A quality company will provide certifications, 3rd party lab results, ingredient sources & answer any other questions or concerns etc.
I will certainly look for more supplements that fit my needs from the Nutricost brand.

I think it is important to research supplements before consuming them. There are so many bad supplements on the market that could be harmful to your health. Nutricost is a very well known company. I have been purchasing supplements from them for years. They provide their address, phone number and website right on the bottle. When I searched for the address I found a huge manufacturing facility with a Nutricost sign on the building. They have a fully functional website and a large social media presence. Nutricost manufactures their supplements in GMP certified facilities in the United States. Every batch is lab tested in the USA to ensure potency and purity. Both of these are requirements for me to consider using a supplement. This Mimosa Pudica Seed supplement is Vegan and free of GMOs. The jury is still out on how well it works.

This is 1200mg of mimosa pudica 10:1 extract. Mimosa pudica is known for it’s antimicrobial properties. You get 120 easy to swallow capsules and the serving size is 2 so this amounts to a 2 month supply. The bottle came freshly sealed with both an inner seal and an
outer plastic wrap seal. The capsules seem to be easy on the stomach and of good quality.

I had never tried mimosa pudica before. I decided to try this brand. As far as I can tell, this supplement does what it’s supposed to. It’s a pretty powerful detoxifier. I honestly couldn’t take it for more than a couple of days, because of intestinal cramps. I do believe I might try it again at some point, though, maybe a smaller dose. The capsules are easy to swallow and it goes to work fast. This is a good brand, I have had many great supplements from Nutricost, and as always, fairly priced.
