I am a teacher and record lessons for students and was having a horrible time with coughing and a frog in my throat. I mean, it happened throughout the day, but it was an enormous nuisance when recording. A friend of mine is a professional performer and suggested this supplement. I thought it sounded crazy but it worked so well for her, I thought it was worth a try. And it worked great!
Once in awhile I’ll forget to put it in my weekly pill minder and I won’t realize it until I’m coughing again and I’m complaining about this stupid cough and then realize I’ve been forgetting. So that tells me it’s really doing something.

By the time I got this I was already on quercetin and my respiration issues had already been resolved to a large extent so not sure whether this made any significant impact.
