I like these energy sticks, the green apple flavor is spot on, and I think it tastes like a green apple, the individual sticks are small, portable, and easy to store in a bike bag, backpack..etc, they also have perforated tear slots for easy opening, with just a quick stir or shake the powder mixes and dissolves quickly in water, the plastic storage container also works nicely keeping the packets dry even in damp environments.
This energy mix does contain caffeine (100 mg which is similar to 1 cup of coffee), it also has other great ingredients such as niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, Taurine, L-theanine, CDP choline, Huperzine A, it’s sugar-free but is sweetened using common artificial sweetener sucralose instead, it is naturally and artificially flavored as-well, as with any supplement it’s difficult to know how well it works with short term use, but so far I seem to get some energy pickup after taking this energy supplement and I really enjoy the flavor, I often use it before or during a hike or mountain bike ride.
Overall I highly recommend, sugar-free, b-vitamin complex, 100 mg caffeine, provides 20 servings (20 sticks), resealable jar (screw on lid), non-gmo, third party tested, made in the USA (with globally sourced ingredients).

I was worried that I would not enjoy the flavor of this supplement, but I find it surprisingly tasty! The green apple flavor reminded me of a sweet & sour green apple candy and I really enjoy it. I typically use 1 pouch in the afternoon with cold water while I am at work. I find it really helps me push through the rest of the work day and I am able to stay focused and on task. I love that this sugar-free energy drink doesn’t make me crash or make me feel jittery from too much caffeine. This energy drink is a bit expensive, but the quality has me hooked and I will be back to buy more!
There are 20 individual packets inside the tub. They are individually sealed and easy to take with you and leave the tub at home. I love the natural ingredients and the quality supplements inside. The flavor is good and I have not experienced any negative side effects while taking this. I would recommend you give it a try to see if you like it as a more natural way of boosting your energy.

Mixed with ice cold water in a shaker, and the green apple flavor is delicious and refreshing. Even spoon mixing seems to work quite well. I was guessing the flavor would have a bad aftertaste, but the sucralose is not too prominent at all making this drink enjoyable.
I love that this is a low calorie drink and contains no sugar, and caffeine is naturally sourced from tea leaves. The 100g caffeine is perfect for pre workout drink, and also works if you need more than just a cup of coffee to get you through the afternoon.
The best thing is convenience. Individual servings in sachets can be thrown into any bag or pocket for on the fly energy drinks!

I got this for a Vine product review because I’m always on the lookout for energy products to try out.
PROS

* no jittery feeling after consuming

CONS and why for me this lost 2 stars
* very expensive at $23.99 for 20 servings
* way too sweet for me, I was expecting a milder flavor since it is low calorie
* provides energy but not a kick start like others I have tried.
If you’re looking for a mild mid-day pick me up this is a good item. But if you’re seeking something that will rocket you into get up and go this may not be it.
**Considering it’s an energy product always a good idea to make sure it does not interfere or react with anything else you are taking.

OK having tasted two flavors of this product now I have to give it to Nutricost. They have NAILED the flavors! This literally tastes like apple juice. If anything, negative it would be that it is a tad sweet, but the good thing with powders like this is you can cut back on how much you use or just add more water to dilute it down to the sweetness you like.
I think this is a great alternative to morning coffee if wanting a fresh change or something to sip on at work that is cool and refreshing. Hands down this is one of the “cleanest” flavor profiles I have had in a long time. Literally “Apple”.

This powder mixes super easily into a glass of water with just a few vigorous spoon-turns. I honestly wasn’t expecting much from the taste — maybe like that artificial, generic green apple often found in candies — but I was actually pleasantly surprised! It tastes strikingly similar to a real granny smith. So that alone was a pleasant starting point, as too often are energy drinks intensely “fakey” in flavor. The resultant energy felt clean and uplifting, not too extreme and certainly not jittery, but noticeable for sure. I was impressed the ingredients contained not just caffeine and B vitamins but the nootropics choline and Huperzine A.

First things first – these energy sticks actually taste quite good. They were a lot better than I was expecting, and I was actually kinda shocked when I took my first sip. With that out of the way though, these sticks are quite expensive for what they are. At a cost of over $1/stick at the time of this review, it’s kinda hard to recommend these over local supermarket alternatives (or even other alternatives on Amazon). If taste matters a lot to you, these may be worth it, but if the caffeine content is what you are looking for I’d recommend getting something cheaper.
