So, here’s my story: A few years ago I started to feel like I was living in a fog. I was having trouble concentrating and focusing, I was forgetting things and felt like I could fall asleep at any time. It gradually got worse until I always felt like I was living in a dream. My doctor told me it was stress related (I certainly had plenty going on). I did all I could to reduce stress, began taking several supplements and a medication he felt might help and started getting plenty of sleep – none of that helped and, if anything, it was getting worse. At work, I was really struggling. One day, in a business meeting, someone I had never met before noticed I was struggling and between meetings asked me what was going on, he suggested I try a nootropic called Mitogen and said his symptoms had been exactly the same and it had helped him almost immediately. I was desperate, so I gave it a try. Within a week it was like I was a new person, I was literally back to the cognitive level where I had been several years before, I could have cried!. After taking Mitogen for a few months, I decided to stop and see if I was “cured”. Within a few days my symptoms were returning. Mitogen was expensive though, and money was tight, so I didn’t purchase it again.

Tried it for a couple of weeks before I stopped to give 5HTP a try. PQQ taken together with Ubiquinol Q10 as is recommended, seemed very effective for brain and body fatigue.
