Pure spirulina, mixing well with warm water. Nasty fishy taste, but it’s a good sign. It lasts for a long time, so better to keep it refrigerated. Amazing for detoxification and overall health support.

I am not new to chlorella of spirulina. They were a bit strong when I first tried them but it did not bother me. This is the first time I have ordered them and I noticed that for the two weeks or so when I was out and before I ordered them I was missing them in my smoothie. It might sound weird to some but, it actually makes my smoothies easier to drink when I make them with greens that can be quite potent with a mustard green spice to it like mature dinosaur (black, lacinto, tuscan) kale leaves. Very tough to take down when that is the only green used but, the chorella and spirulina actually neutralize the potency taste of bitter greens quite well. If the Nutricost products truly are non-GMO then that is great. Would like to know if organic certified. Arrived promptly. As with all my amazon orders transactions it went smoothly. Sorry United States Post Office but you seem to be being outclassed. This is a America after all where competition is encouraged. The country is not perfect but a corporation like Amazon actually seems to be helping out the working class in my opinion. And if anyone has ever applied with the U.S.P.S. what they do not not tell you when you apply is that when you get hired you will be used to fill in for full-time employees sick days and vacation time so you will not get many hours and will not become full time for years to come since the majority of full time employees stay until they retire. Would most likely order again even if not organic due to the good price.

Chlorella is so good for you. I cannot take swallowing pills, so I chose this powder form. Yes, it tastes kinda yucky, but I put it in our blueberry yogurt smoothies and that hides the taste very well. I found that it is important to start very slowly and do not take the recommended teaspoon amount at first; in fact, I started with 1/8 teaspoon and was working my way up, but when I got to half a teaspoon, I got a little bit sick at my stomach. So I backed off and am starting over again. I feel that it’s important to take this stuff, so I’m going to keep trying! It’s a good price here, it’s on subscribe & save, so I will keep getting it from Amazon!

I have purchased Chlorella Powder from Nutricost on Amazon several times. How many times have I been disappointed? None. First of all, Nutricost ships right away. They don’t fool around. The product comes in a sealed box, well packaged. Chlorella is a fairly unknown health nutrient. Chlorella is a source of Chlorophyll, protein, iron, magnesium, and amino acids. It is considered a detoxifying supplement, and is known to promote cardiovascular health. Good so far? I recommend buying Chlorella in powder form. Health food stores usually have it in pill form. But pills pass through the body quickly, and that’s not exactly what you want. The powder should be mixed with your favorite juice drink, since the powder is not too tasty. The trick is, powder dissolves and mixes right away, entering the blood stream from the stomach. Be careful, as some of these nutrients can cause a little stomach disorder. Take chlorella to bolster your immune system from disease. This is a good thing. Good health is important to everybody. As you get older, you somehow figure that out. Don’t worry about all that too much, since nobody lives forever, and nobody gets out alive.

For me, after about 10 days of use I was very sick and nauseous. Discontinued use and symptoms went away after a day. This may be a very good product and I use Nutricost supplements almost exclusively but this one is not for me. Your call rating
