I was a little skeptical at first, but the product does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It definitely works for relaxation and really helps to take the edge off. Inexpensive in comparison to other brands. Pairs well with things that can cause anxiety.

I’ve only used it for a few days. Most times you can’t tell if a supplement is doing anything or not for several weeks or even months, but I got this specifically because there’s mention that it might make you sleepy and/or help you sleep. For no other reason and for no other claims.
For me it is giving me deeper sleep and more dreams.
Pills are in clear capsules. They’re smaller than 00 ones. Easy to swallow.
Don’t notice any taste. They don’t make me burp.
Money I don’t have –
I used to grow my own Kanna plants. Haven’t used it in about 3 years. This bottle makes me want to get another plant and start growing again. I had forgot how enjoyable this plant can be. It says that these are an extract but these capsules don’t seem very strong to me. I took multiple on my second day and got effects that I used to get when I would consumed my own plants. This could also be because of my previous times of using Kanna though. As I write this, the price for this bottle is $9.95. I consider this an ok value. I will most likely not order this again. However, this bottle has rekindled my appreciation for Kanna

By subtle I mean – this works well in calming anxiety and does not leave you feeling floaty, woozy, strange, etc. Some people are looking for a certain type of an experience with Kanna, but I feel like this formulation is more to just take the edges off of sadness, anxiety, and etc without putting you into any level of an altered state. I have used Kanna before this brand, and I am happy with how this works out – it’s good to knock the corners off of an anxious day, but I also don’t feel like I shouldn’t be operating machinery on it.
Of course, supplements work different for everyone – look into it and make aure you know how your body is going to react. Respect the plants.

The effect probably varies greatly person to person, but I took 2 together (recommended dose is one) and I had a very subtle experience. Not sure is relaxing / peace of mind is the best descriptor. I would say it actually felt slightly energizing more than calming.
I will try it again and compare it to another brand to decide whether to update the review.

I am not sure if this product works for me. I did not feel any effect after taking the recommended dosage. I read that it may take up to a month to begin feeling the effects, so I am not sure if this is the reason why it didn’t work for me. The pills are small and easy to swallow and don’t have any taste or smell.
