I have begun to take Sea Moss supplements for the micronutrients and other healthful benefits. There are many options out there, but if you want a good quality product that is well made in GMP facilities, you should look at this one from Horbaach. There is no taste, there is no leakage of capsules in the bottle, and they are easy to swallow. The complex also includes bladderwack & burdock root. While they are large capsules, I found them easy to take. The recommended dosage is 3 capsules daily, but I am taking 1 in the morning, and 1 in the evening this should make the bottle last 60 days instead of 40.
I would recommend these to anyone, and they are cost-effective.

Although sea moss is supposed to be an excellent health supplement, be aware that you cannot take it if you have any type of thyroid issue. I have a slightly hyper functioning thyroid, coupled with a history of thyroid problems on both sides of my family. And after taking this for about two weeks, I woke up one day and the lymph node on the left side of my neck was the size of an egg. Very pronounced and very obvious. I began being very worried about my health and what was happening, so I did a deeper dive into all of the supplements that I take and I discovered that because of the level of iodine found in sea moss, people with any type of thyroid functioning abnormality need to completely steer clear of sea moss.
After I quit taking the supplement, in another two weeks the mass was gone, thankfully. I have given the supplements to a friend with no known thyroid issues. She’s doing great with it.

The bottle contains 120 capsules, and each serving is 3 capsules, so each bottle has 40 servings. Each 3 capsules serving of this supplement contains a 2.25g proprietary blend of Organic Irish Sea Moss (Whole Herb), Burdock Root (10:1 extract), and Bladderwrack (4:1 extract).
The serving directions are to take 3 capsules daily, preferably with a meal and to not exceed the recommended dose. The label features a GMP stamp and a mention that it’s packaged and lab tested in the USA. I found the capsules are easy to swallow, and I experienced nothing out of the ordinary from them.
