I’m taking these mostly for the purposes of maintaining general health. I’ve never noticed any obvious effects from using them, positive or negative, and have been taking fish oil for at least a year. These do not taste fishy, nor do they give me a fishy smell, though they do have one. No gastrointestinal discomfort or irregularities.
So the best I can say with respect to these is that they aren’t hurting, even if I can’t yet determine if they are helping. On that basis, I suppose I’d recommend for now.

I was taking an omega 3 supplement for dry eyes that cost about 3 times what this does. This stuff works as well for me and has the added benefit of omega 6&9. This is my new dry eye relief. I would recommend it to anyone who has had eye surgery and suffers from dry eyes. I take one in the morning and one in the evening and get good results.

Other than the size, I’m happy with them. And they’re not the only large pill I take. I’ve learned the trick of throwing my head back before swallowing: it works surprisingly and consistently well for getting large pills to the back of the throat. Don’t take these or any other large pills without some kind of fluid.
I plan to buy them again.
