    Took about two weeks to see the effect. Absorbed well and was not hard to swallow.

    I have been using this product for over a decade and I’m still here. I know before I started this and some other vitamins I was run down all the time. For the last 14 years I have been going to the gym three times a week for 2-3 hrs WORKOUT. I’ve lost 55 lbs and now can go from five in the morning to midnight. I’m 71 so something must be working. I don’t believe all they say about vitamins don’t help, I don’t think I would have the energy I have aquried over the years without them. For this particular one I do believe it helps. But the workouts also help.
