Ich hatte erst gaba 500 mg und dann dieses Produkt gefunden. Ich habe die ganze Dose getestet und kann anschließend sagen, dass mir mein altes Produkt von der gleichen Marke Gaba 500 mg wesentlich besser gefällt. Man ist wesentlich ruhiger. Der Kopf ist still und relativ grübelfrei. Bei beiden Produkten hat sich mein Schlaf nicht verbessert. Geschmacklich relativ neutral. Die Verpackung sparsam.

True Calm is truly incredible! I wish I had known about this years ago when I suffered severe insomnia and had to take multiple prescriptions to get a good nights’ sleep.
Life has been a bit stressful for my husband and me lately and we often have trouble sleeping because we’re up late thinking about work or whatever. Our minds are going crazy and once you get into that mindset, it is very difficult to fall asleep. I actually get stressed out about not being able to sleep, then it makes falling asleep even harder. Sometimes I take Tylenol PM, but I don’t want to become reliant upon drugs to be able to sleep; I’d prefer something natural whenever possible.
I found a supplement called Stress End at Super Supplements, which has worked well for me as well. I decided to check out what Amazon had to offer so I could get some reviews. That’s how I stumbled upon True Calm.
True Calm kicks in pretty quickly in almost a sedating wave. I can feel it coming on, relaxing me and making me feel tired, usually within 20 minutes of taking it. I get ready for bed and read for a few minutes, but usually I’m too tired to read for very long. I fall asleep hard and while I may wake up a couple times during the night, usually I feel like I’ve slept all night and it’s only midnight.
The instructions state to take 1-3 tablets a day, however with my results, I would never take except at bedtime. I have not tried it in the morning (maybe I will this weekend just to see how it affects me) but it slows me down and relaxes me so much, I feel like I wouldn’t be able to perform at my peak during the day. Maybe really high strung people would be able to handle it, but I don’t know if I could. My husband and I each take 1 at night about 30 minutes before bedtime.
Sometimes I do feel a bit groggy in the morning, especially if I take it after 10PM, but I remedy that by laying in bed reading to slowly wake up. Then I’m fine. I’ve noticed that I do seem to feeler much calmer during the day as well.
If you have ever suffered from insomnia or are experiencing excess stress in your life, I’d highly recommend trying True Calm as an alternative to medicines. The price is right and it is a natural choice.

Thank you for bringing this back. We love this product and couldn’t find it for so long! We tried NOW Sleep with some of the same ingredients but it smelled and tasted terrible and didn’t work as well. Happy to have True Calm again!

I take one in stressful situations when you’d normally take a Xanax. It helps me calm down and look at the situation objectively. The price is reasonable, they are easy to swallow capsules and they’re not addictive. My kids in their mid-20s have also taken them and found them to be effective. I’ve been using these for the last few years. Good to have on hand.

I wanted to wait a couple weeks before I post my review. My sleep has done a 180 since starting these capsules. They are amazing. Backing up a bit, about 6 months ago I started having insomnia, perhaps from too much keto/IF which caused too low of blood sugars, I can’t be certain the cause (39 y/o healthy woman, btw). The insomnia got worse as I started fixating on sleep, which lead to full on sleep anxiety/panic. It was a living nightmare. Some nights I’d go all night without falling asleep. Little did I know then that all of the OTC sleep aids, melatonin, and (Ambien a few times) were physiologically making me ultra depressed and anxious (a side effect of antihistamine based sleep aids that many don’t know about)… they were worse than the lack of sleep. I thought that was my new life. I have two small sons and I was literally a shell of myself, I felt no joy or happiness. They also took my appetite completely away and I lost a lot of weight. My mom even flew out to stay for 2 weeks and help me. It was the worst thing I’d ever been through.
Skip ahead to be getting off all of the sleep aids and trying CBD and amino acid based aids. That was the turning point. I added NOW True Calm a couple weeks ago and they are amazing. Totally just get me in the mode for sleep. Super relaxed, and allows me to drift off. I also take pure Typtophan capsules about an hour before bed, the building block for serotonin, which becomes melatonin at night. I also added more healthy carbohydrates back in. I take a sleepy tea and I have been falling asleep within 10-15 mins of lying down and sleeping through the night ever since. Another thing I added is speaking out loud (so your brain can hear! lol) my gratitudes for the day as I lay in bed before sleep. That has REALLY helped!
