I suffer from lack of sleep. I did a sleep study and woke up 115 in the night during the study. I was on the lookout for something all natural that would give me the energy I was in need of. I used to drink caffeine then I started drinking energy drinks and finally ended up on phentermine to help me stay awake. Finally I decided I was fed up with all the unnatural ways I was trying to stay awake. I didn’t like all the chemicals and funny ingredients I couldn’t even name. I had a friend who really likes natures sunshine suggest I try solstice energy. I was a serious skeptic because it was all natural and had normal ingredients in it. I have to say I am converted. I will take one of these in the morning and just feel awake and alert. I have no mid afternoon crashes and I don’t feel the hyper crazy feeling I did on the other stuff. I was very pleased with how solstic energy made me feel. I’ve become completely converted to the whole natures sunshine line and now instead of trying to artificially keep myself awake I’m trying to heal my body from the inside out with vitamins and nutrients that naturally help me feel like a normal person. As for the taste I would put the packet in a 50 ounce water bottle. It made the water taste slightly sweetened which helps me get my water intake for the day. I also can drink it the usual way in just a water bottle but I prefer to dilute it because I”m not a fan of sweet drinks. As far as the taste goes even in normal water bottle it’s pretty good. Doesn’t have a strong artificial sweetener taste like most do.

I like the taste, the new packaging, and how it made me feel. I was able to get some energy boost by mixing a packet in cold water to work on my work projects late at night.
Sometimes I drink the whole packet with less water to work faster or lots of water and sip to drip out the energy longer.
Small was too big –
I love zip fizz, it replaced my morning coffee. But started having sleep issues and lost my appetite until dinner. Hoping this will replace zip fizz without the symptoms. I like that it has less caffeine and ingredients than zip fizz, but the taste is disappointing. It’s drinkable, it just tastes like a boozy vitamin gumball that has lost most of its flavor. At $1.50 a stick, I’m not sure this will be the right replacement for me.

When Twinlab discontinued Choline Cocktail, I needed a new energy drink that wouldn’t make me jittery. After looking for a few months, I found it in Solstic Energy. It comes in powder form and gives me an alternative to coffee (too hard on my system) that gets me through the day nicely and without jitters or heart palpitations, which I have experienced with some other products.
It also doesn’t keep me awake at night, which is another huge plus. I have issues with insomnia and can be sensitive to some products, but this one doesn’t affect me like that, another big plus.
Again, it’s my new go-to drink for morning energy. I love it, and if you can relate to my comments above, you might love it, as well.

The only reason for 4 stars is the taste. It’s rather unpleasant. I had read reviews complaining of the taste, but since I saw it was citrus, I really didn’t think it could be that bad. It smelled like pineapple, so I was expecting it would taste that way. It’s basically pineapple scented but tastes like E-mergenC but with more “flintstone chewable vitamin” flavor. That’s the best way I can describe it! I’ve forced myself to drink a few a week, but I’m choking it down😝Other than that, it was delivered fast, and very reasonably priced was pconsidering how crazy high the actual Nature Sunshine website charges for their products. So I was happy about that!

I absolutely love this stuff! It gives me the boost I need in the mornings and during the day. I love coffee, but I’m super sensitive to caffeine and in turn, has a habit of ruining my day. With the Solstic Energy, I feel alert and awake. I honestly feel like I pay attention more and have a better day when I drink it. I don’t have any crashes like I do with coffee and I’m still able to sleep well at night. I love the taste, too. I highly recommend it if you need something instead of coffee or other caffeinated products.

Good product. I use 1/2 a packet a day in a full water bottle that I sip throughout the morning and early afternoon. It gives me a consistent energy feeling. My mind feels clear and I purposely pace myself while I work at home sipping the drink. I have not tried the full packet and don’t think I will so as to not run out fast and because I do not think I need it. Although it is a little watered down the way I do it, I do not mind. The taste is still nice. I don’t need the whole packet so I am fine with the mix being a little watered down. I am sure it would be fine with the whole packet in one shot, just shake extra well. Thankful for this product.

Hands down the best temporary energy booster I’ve ever tried. This stuff never lets me down when I need a bit of a boost. I take HALF a packet after breakfast mixed in a bit of water. I like the taste personally. Once you get used to it you can up it to taking the whole packet. Either way, I’ve never gotten that “jittery” feeling while taking this stuff. It feels like a very clean, smooth energy boost. LOVE.
