This gummy chew is purely an electrolyte supplement with caffeine. The energy kick they promise is based purely on a caffeine boost and not that of traditional carbohydrates, which is what you need to sustain physical endurance. The caffeine will definitely help with alertness energy, but you will still need a good source of carbohydrates to fuel your activity.
The chews are nice and small like a regular sized gummy bear. I love pineapple and these tastes great. Not sticky, tasty, be careful not to accidentally eat the whole bag as a snack. Make sure you keep these away from kids as each gummy is equivalent to that of a soda

As a mom of two little ones I am always looking for an energy boost! I love that you have the option to choose the amount of caffeine intake here. If I just need a little I will have one gummy, if I am really dragging two, when the laundry is piling up and the husband is on his third overtime shift give me three! These are little bit “sour” or tart tasting but I don’t mind it. I am not a huge pineapple fan so I would be excited to try some of the other flavors. I do think it is important to note that these come in a sealed pouch not a medicine bottle style package. It does concern me that a child could mistake these for gummies or candy. We keep all of our supplements and vitamins in a high cabinet away from little hands but as a mom you are always thinking of these things so please just be aware of keep this in mind.

Definitely need to take into consideration the serving sizes and are a great way to get caffeine quickly. The pineapple flavor tasted like actual pineapple which is always pleasing when a product is able to recreate a very similar taste to the original.

I’ve fallen into the bad habit of consuming soda to give my energy some pick up, especially in the afternoons while sitting at my desk at work. I’m trying to cut back on my soda consumption, and thought these would be a nice alternative. Since my preferred soda has 41mg of caffeine, I’ve been only using one gummy at a time.
The flavor and texture of the gummy is good. They are a little sticky, so I usually feel the need to wash the stickiness off of my fingers afterwards. Ideally, I should be able take a gummy and get back on with my work. Since I just got back from Europe, several mornings I took a gummy shortly after waking up too to help as I readjust my sleep pattern. I do feel like these help with my energy, but I don’t actually feel a “boost” like I do when I drink a soda. Maybe it’s because I’m not getting the sugar too. At any rate, I do miss that feeling.
Overall, I like this product, but I don’t love it. The current pricing is $26.99 for 30 chews. That’s just under a buck a chew, and nearly $2 a recommended serving size. That’s just not a price I’m willing to pay for a product I’m not super psyched about.

These 50mg caffeine gummies are a great alternative to sipping on coffee all day. Each gummy has 50mg of caffeine and a variety of other nootropics to improve motivation focus and energy. I typically take 2 or 3 of the gummies and I get much more focus than I would out of a cup of coffee. The pineapple flavor is nice with no bad aftertaste.
Each gummy is coated in sugar crystals so they taste quite nice and the gummy doesn’t stick to your teeth or anything annoying. 2x gummies would be equivalent to a cup of coffee and 3 nears pre-workout territory.
Depending on the price they are when you order, these can make a solid option for non-coffee drinkers or folks who need caffeine on the go.
