I usually take these Primal Guarana capsules about 30 minutes before a workout. Instead of mystery ingredients in preworkouts, I’ll take this along with a few other choice supplements (beta alanine, BCAAs, creatine). I save money and know what’s in the supplements I’m taking.
I love that there is only 100mg per capsule, so if I’m only wanting to take a half dose I don’t have to take the full 200mg or split a pill. A lot of the caffeine pills are 200mg of caffeine per pill so I’ll have to use a pill cutter to cut them in half if I only want half the dose. Not a big deal, but these are more convenient.
I don’t get caffeine jitters from these pills like I do with a lot of other caffeine pills. It’s more of a mellow alertness rather than a jittery feeling. Perfect for workouts, but also great if you just need an afternoon pick me up.

I have an autoimmune disease that causes crippling fatigue. I was really hoping these would help combat that fatigue but after several days of taking them I’ve noticed no decrease in fatigue/boost of energy. This supplement might work brilliantly for someone who doesn’t have autoimmune fatigue (hence the 3 star rating), it just didn’t do anything for me.

This seems to be a good quality Guarana so far.
– Capsules are easy to swallow
– No odd aftertaste or ill effects
– Price/Value is very good
– Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven’t seen the COA yet)
I haven’t had any problem taking these, but I’m only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I’ll revise my review accordingly.

With most supplements, you should always drink 8 ounces of water to help and digestion and carrying it through the body
Back in the 90s, I used to make a multivitamin that had this ingredient and when I was younger, it would practically bounce me off the walls but now I’m older things don’t affect me as much, and I have currently started taking my second dose of three capsules so happens, I will come back with an update

It comes in a will sealed damper, proof, opaque, white container, or bottle, and the top is easy to screw off.
I highly recommend this and possibly added with your regime of other supplements and if you’re a bodybuilder, and you need that extra boost for your mixing this and adding creatine, hydrate will also help to build your muscles and support them.
I tend to use a lot of the new generic covers a lot of supplements like CMOS some of the oregano garlic extract capsules along with red maca powder
I do not see any negatives on this product and feel that you will be very pleased with your order so buy it and give it a try
This just arrived recently and according to the expiration date, it will expire 29 months from the month of October 2024 (07/2027)
