I got this malic acid to prepare for gallbladder flushes because you are supposed to drink apple cider for a week beforehand and I didn’t want the extra calories. It tasted like I was eating Warhead candies! Hopefully it does do the job and rounds off the gallstones so they can pass better

I love this stuff. I make my own skin care products and this makes a great addition to many of them, a tiny bit goes a long ways.
Makes a great face serum in low concentrates.
Makes a great face peel in high concentrates.
Add tiny bit to shampoo for extra shiny hair that absorbs moisture better(and detoxes your scalp).
Also put some in gel caps and remove the aluminum from your brain.
I am still finding new ways to use this product and will continue to reorder when necessary. Great product, great value.

I use this to add a mild tang to the mixed drinks that I make and my friends love it. It has also lasted quite a while because you don’t need to use very much for a noticeable taste difference.

I’m using this, instead of lemon juice, to make a low carb apple pie using zucchinis. About 4 tsp for 3 pounds of zucchini seems to be about right, with about a 1/2 tsp of citric acid, and about 1.25 tsp of apple flavoring (Olive Nation, also on Amazon). Malic acid is what apples have in them (mostly) for a tart flavor. Although citric acid is more acidic, it has a shorter half life on your palette. Malic acid is a bit less acidic, but it last longer on your palette. A different kind of “sour note” if you will.
I thought this was just a one pound bag when I purchased it, but found out it was two bags (twice as much as I though) when I recieved it. It’ll be awhile before I use it all up, but maybe I’ll find more uses for it.

Great stuff, good price but they’re packaged in a flimsy paper bag so the malic acid leaked out into the shipment packaging. Overall was a bit messy and needed a separate storage solution on arrival.

Got this stuff because Warheads is supposed to be the most sour candy made, so I looked up what the sour ingredient is. This is the stuff.
Only complaint I have is, just like the Warheads candy, the sourness only lasts a few seconds at most.
Still worth buying though if you like sour stuff.
