I’ve been buying papayas for years, just to get the seeds out. I don’t really care for the fruit, but the seeds have many benefits. I’ve struggled on and off with parasites ( thanks a lot shashimi ) through the years, and papaya seeds are the best weapon to fight them. This product is an amazingly easy way to get the benefits without all the work. I love that the dosage is 1 tablespoon, this bottle should last awhile. Love this USA made product.

very tough to take down. it doesnt taste bad but the thickness of it makes it very unpleasant. I get why they say consume with food because you will need a chaser lol I don’t think its really cleansing my colon either as I didn’t notice going number 2 more. coffee made me go more. I also cannot attest to it working with cleansing the kidney and liver either. haven’t notice much changes to using it. I guess you can take it for a peach of mind but ill pass.

This product brings in the convenient extract form all of the benefits of papaya seeds, which are basically: to regulate bowel movement, to promote a healthy gut and therefore to boost the immune system while detoxifying. It is also believed to have some nephrotic function (as it protects the kidneys), have some antibacterial function in addition to reduce overall body inflammation. I have no problem whatsoever with the (very) sweet taste of this product, which is due to the addition of Glycerine. In fact, the amino acid Glycerine brings in and extra bonus to this product as it may be used as a natural sweetener in morning coffees. While I have tested this product, I have no objective way to confirm its alleged properties or benefits. However, I do believe in the popular wisdom and some studies that emphasize the papaya seeds benefits. I would have given this product five stars if the manufacturer Herbal Goodness had had this product’s purity and effectiveness tested by an accredited third-party lab, which to me, is a wise way to build credibility.

Hard to swallow by itself but mixing it with sparkling water helps alot. I couldn’t tell if it actually did any good but don’t have problems in the bathroom anyway.

First off, it is important to note that papaya(paw-paw) seeds are not sweet. They have a natural bitterness to them even fresh from the papaya (paw-paw) fruit. This product tastes a bit like the seed. This is something I can attest to. Also, papaya (paw-paw) seeds are an excellent source of the papain enzyme. I received this wisdom passed down from generations, from aunts who emphasized over and over again the benefits of papain as a digestive aid.
I personally appreciate that this comes without any sweeteners and thingamajig ingredients. What you get is straight papaya(paw-paw) extract and then water and vegetable glycerin.
Pro tip: when mixed with chilled seltzer water it has a tonic water vibe which is just the ticket. I totally make cocktails with this (non-alcoholic).

It did nothing it said it would do. This is of course a non refundable item and I feel like I got 0 benefits for the money spent. In fact it had adverse effects on me,in that it gave me a crazy headache. Will not buy again! Especially with it being nonrefundable nor offering a money back guarantee. I did not do my research like I normally do and feel like I was taken.

Took this for few days. Doesn’t clean me out as other detox products do. I haven’t felt any difference in last couple of days. I do like the packaging and fact that it’s made of natural products. I appreciate the simplicity. But I don’t think the product is quite there yet. I appreciate the it’s supporting women and women owned businesses.

I go to the bathroom more when I drink this and in general since starting it. I chase this with pineapple juice for taste. It’s detoxing well. The bottle is a decent size in relation to the fact you only take up to 3 tbsp per day.
