The L-carnitine supplement is a good value and I appreciate minimal fillers used.

I have become interested incorporating different amino acids into my supplementation routine for different purposes, including fitness training and general health. L-carnitine is an intriguing one with many purported benefits. With this you get 500 mg. per capsule, with 60 capsules in the bottle at a very reasonable cost. The suggested dose is one capsule per day, so a two-month supply. Sundance is a brand that I had not been previously familiar with, but after doing a little research and starting this bottle, I am impressed with the company and the product. It’s important to do your own research and ask your doctor and all that, but for me adding this one makes sense.

I’m always changing up the workout ‘suppies’ I take to keep my body from getting used to any one in particular. This Carnitine supplement works well for me. It says to take 1 capsule four times daily, but I only do it 2x. The capsules have no flavor to them and are easy to swallow.
Here is why I say it helps my workouts in many ways:
I fell that I get better blood flow / better “pumps”, I feel like this helps improve my recovery, as in less muscle soreness, and it seems to give me more resistance to fatigue when doing cardio, since I can go longer before I get tired.
Each bottle has 60 caps, which at 4x a day is a 15 day supply. I take 2x a day, so it’s a 30 day supply for me.

Compared to the other brands of L-Carnitine that I have used in the past, this brand is a perfect replacement. I notice no differences in the efficacy of this brand compared to other name brands. There are no off-putting scents or tastes either, which is a plus.

These came in a plastic bottle that was sealed and the capsule is average size and easy to swallow. I really like incorporating amino acids into my regime because I feel our body needs them especially as we get older. I have been reading about L-Carnitine for several years. It supposed to help build muscle back. Well I can not attest to that yet but I do like taking these. They are flavorless going down and I nice addition to my supplement stack.
