Gluten and Dairy Free Life –
I bought this but was sceptical. I have allergies to wheat, dairy, corn and walnuts so when I saw it was free of all of these things I decided to give it a shot. I drank 1 teaspoon in a glass of water and the next morning it had done its job. Day 2 1 teaspoon again and on day 3 I went to 2 drinks a day. Its really working and gently, I notice improvement in just 3 days. I would recommend!
6/19 update: I love this stuff and have reordered so I dont run out. I have put it in oatmeal, water and yogurt. Its disolves in everything I have tired and you can’t taste it. I have always since the day I was born had digestive problems and this is fixing it. I am absolutely amazed!!
I read some reviews where it doesnt disolve and gets clumpy, true but with a little mixing it always disolves. Sometimes a little effort is needed to make it disolve, but I think it depends on what it’s in. Its only clumped a little in liquid never in food. And it will unclump very quickly with a fork and vigorus mixing for just 10 seconds.

I have chronic constipation and I tried everything: laxatives, psyllium, chia/flax seeds, magnesium in all forms, high fiber, low fiber, colonic irrigation, probiotics, etc. Nothing worked and just made me feel worse. I tired PHGG, which DID work, but it interacts with a lot of medications so I was unable to take it (I was very disappointed). I kept looking for an alternative and came across this product. After the first couple of days, I didn’t feel much of a difference, but then things started ‘moving’. Now, I have a good BM every morning. I do still have bloating and gas, but at least I’m not backed up. My stomach looks flatter now. I also cut out garlic and onions at this time, which may have helped as well. Thank you for the great product, I cannot live without it now!

I am glad this doesn’t have any additives. Nice and clean. I am drinking this before meals. However, I am not sure about the efficiency. The consistency of my number two is inconsistent. First part will be hard, the rest too soft, it feels like it’s missing something. I have better poop without taking it at all. I need more fiber in my diet, so I wanted to supplement it, but I don’t think I should struggle with it. However, I am still giving it 5 stars for being clean.

I have tried so many fiber supplements and nothing worked…or it would work for a few days and then do nothing. This one not only works but it does not fill me up and the it is SO LOW on calories. Other fiber drinks were over 100 calories! Get this and make sure to be consistent and take it everyday! I drink it in a glass of water after my morning cup of coffee. Sometimes I mix my creatine powder in with it as well.

I am torn on how to rate this product, ideally I’d leave different rating in different areas. Overall, even with what I don’t like, this gets a 4-star from me.
I needed a fiber that was gluten free, corn free and dairy free. I wanted one that was not made of psyllium. I also preferred to not swallow another pill.
This does NOT dissolve in lukewarm or cold fluids, even with brisk beating. Like others have said, it looks clumps up and becomes very unpleasant to swallow. I tried to do shots followed by a large glass of water, again, not great. Even in warm to hot water and using a frother it took a lot to get it to dissolve and I had to chug it, because even sitting for a minute or two to leisurely sip my drink was enough to let the fiber start to form chunks. This is where I’d want to knock it down rating wise normally.
That said, you can sprinkle it over soft foods, and it is relatively tasteless. I’ve taken to adding it to oatmeal or a rice “breakfast” pudding I make. It doesn’t clump up or change the taste. So I fix that and sprinkle it on right before I eat. Another “hot” cereal would work I suspect.The only thing I’d advise here is to make sure you drink the suggested 6-8 ounce glass of water WITH it.
With other types of fiber or powders for constipation, I get awful stomach cramps, gas, and other ill side effects. With Renew Life’s Clear Fiber, there have been none. That’s why I can shrug off the inability to drink it in a cup of water or juice, and deal with having to find another way to get it down.
I think it’s worth a try, order the smaller container to start. Start with a smaller dose and let your body adjust.

This company makes a larger size container that looks just like this but the fiber products inside are VERY different. GET THIS ONE! When I purchased this product it was a white powder fiber. It dissolved perfectly in my water and had no taste! This product also did what it said it would!
The larger size of what I though was this product cane with a brown powder that said it would be good in any drink, but it did NOT dissolve in anything I tried. It always had a ton of clumps whether it was a hot or cold beverage.
BUY THIS EXACT PRODUCT for a white, tasteless, easily dissolving product that works!

I had tried several other fiber products and this one seems to dissolve much better than most and is one of the least noticeable when in a liquid.
Only thing is the spoon/scoop is tiny and tends to get a little bit caked on the handle part, which transfers a bit of product to my fingers. Besides that it’s pretty nice!
