This is an interesting combination of oils that are good for skin, hair, and well being, and also ingredients for detoxing, like black cumin seed and turmeric. At the recommended dosage of 2 per day, the cost is on the high side, even given that the ingredients are top notch and generally expensive. It’s a very interesting combination and so far I feel has benefit for me. I have been taking one per day until I see if I have any reaction. The capsules are very small, which makes it appealing to add to my stack. I love the scent of roses when I open the jar!

It doesn’t surprise me that the value for this tiny jar is $53, since bulgarian rose oil even in smaller quantities is difficult to cultivate. In any case, this is packed with tons of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory ingredients, and has an intense scent of rose to make it even more pleasant. I have been taking rosehip oil orally for a year, and i can vouche for it being amazing as far as skin health. Besides some carrier oils that made me a bit concerned because of their unfavorable side effects (aka the grape seed and borage oils), I love most of the ingredients here. All 60 softgels are in pea-sized amounts and are extremely easy to swallow, and the only side effect I have had was a brief bout of stomach upset. Cutting the recommended dosage from 2 a day to 1 fixed that right away, so it might be finicky with sensitive systems.

Serving size is two capsules, this comes with thirty days worth of supply. The primary ingredients are turmeric root, black pepper oil, then laurel leaf oil, evening primrose oil and some other extracts. There’s olive oil in it as well. Very unique! Mine was good until July of 2026 which is a pretty good shelf life.

I am hopeful that this could work as intended. This is described to help remove toxins from the skin, metabolically. And goodness knows I would love to improve my hair and nail health too as this product states it will. I have not been able to take this long enough to report full results yet. I do think for the amount of capsules, the cost seemed a little elevated for what you get. I look forward to completing my regimen and would like to report back with an update with good results.

These capsules are easy to swallow without leaving any after taste in my mouth. They are easy for my body to digest without causing any issues. I have not experienced any side effects or any discomforts from taking these capsules. I do feel that it provided a bit of energy and focus. I have yet to notice any of the benefits that it claimed but I haven’t used it long enough. I will update my reviews at a later date when finishing up all the capsules.
