I have been searching for and researching MANY products and I read the many benefits that Apple Cider Vinegar provides, but I absolutely despised the taste. I came across these Apple Cider capsules that provide the same benefits, AND MORE, and I am obsessed. I have already noticed my water intake has increased significantly, I generally feel healthier and better throughout my day. I have also dropped 4 pounds and I have only been taking these a little over a week, and I couldn’t be happier with the results I am seeing thus far (this is in combination with my diet and exercise, but these capsules have ABSOLUTELY boosted my weight loss results). There is no harsh aftertaste like some pills have, plus these are easy to swallow being soft gel capsule. I provided pictures of the capsule in comparison to a quarter for size reference. I’m not one for “home remedies” or natural fixes, so I was kind of skeptical at first. I didn’t expect any sort of “quick fix” for my stomach problems either, but I was pleasantly surprised. Give this a try, at least a week, and you’ll see improvements, I promise. There’s no weird aftertaste or bad breath like with omega-3 oil. I take it with food and drink, always. I’ve noticed less problems with carbs because I tend to bloat with carbs and, believe me, I hate that. But I’ve noticed less stomach problems, less indigestion, less bloating, you get the idea. I’m pretty happy with it, and I’ll buy it again when I run out. A 2-month supply is pretty great for the price anyhow, so if you want to see better stomach health I’d say go for it. Just be consistent and don’t forget to take at least one a day.

The smell when opening the bottle is strong but taste isn’t strong. Decent amount of pills for the money. But unfortunately I didn’t notice any changes in 3 months of me taking it every day. Won’t buy again

Was hesitant to make the purchase but decided to give them a try. I am NOT a very observant person. I did NOT notice anything in the beginning after taking the capsules. HOWEVER, after some time had passed, I DID notice that my stomach area DID indeed shrink some. Not sure about the other benefits others mentioned. The only benefit I was hoping for was my belly area to shrink and it did. There is ZERO taste. Easy to SWALLOW although can’t the capsule size be SMALLER? I can not tell you if the other benefits are true or not. If you are reading the comments for this product, I would most definitely give them a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

I have used many other weight loss products in the past without much success. But these apple cider capsules from Trio Nutrition have worked like a gem. I was even debating keeping them a secret after my friends noticed my flatter stomach. But I decided I want everyone to look and feel as great as I have.
I have lost 12 pounds taking the capsules twice a day. Of course I am still doing my yoga and spin classes. I watch what I eat but nothing too extreme. The capsules have done the rest and I even have more energy than before. I really love these capsules and my new slimmer look. I will definitely keep taking these as part of my daily routine.
