I just ordered this for multivitamin purposes rather than using it for detox. It has a lot of ingredients that is supposed to good for your health and your digestive systems. The smell is not good but other than that it’s great.

I was already losing weight, but I would say these helped me lose it a little bit faster. I was losing an average of about two lbs a week, she went to about 3, sometimes 4 lbs a week while on this. I am halfway through the second bottle. So yes, this does work. This was done while at the same time, following a vegan diet (I’ve been vegan for over 20 years so this was easy for me) and regular light to moderate exercise. Yoga, walking, power walking, dancing while holding 5 lb weights etc., kind of my own regimen.
All of those things were things I was doing before I added this supplement, and it resent until I added it, that I vegan to lose extra weight. So yes, they do help you lose weight. Obviously, everybody is different, all genes are different, every gut biome is different, etc. So it may not work as well for you, or it may not work at all. All I can say is it worked for me. I will probably be buying another two bottles in a few months. Just to see what I can lose on my own, if I can replicate the results without the supplements. We shall see. Either way, in presently surprised and I won’t recommend you try then because I don’t want you being mad at me if they don’t work. I will say: they are worth a shot. And that’s your choice.

I don’t know how much it really detoxed me, but I can say it kept things moving through my system, which can sometimes be an issue for me. Capsules were easy to swallow and left no aftertaste. It did not help me lose any weight, but it didn’t harm me in any way. I did not notice an energy boost, but I suppose I felt less bloated. It’s hard to say because I Did feel like there was some benefit, however, it was slight

We use more than a couple supplements. It’s not always possible to know how well each is working individually when taken with others. Over the years I have learned to use the label and the ad to judge the quality of a supplement. I use not only what IS there, but also what isn’t there.

CONS:
Requires 2 capsules per serving, making the cost 66¢ per serving. That’s a bit on the high side, but this is a cleanse and detox supplement, so it’s not going to be a permanent addition to my regimen.
Uses blends. The use of blends, or complexes, hides the amount of each individual ingredient. The amount may change from batch to batch, and as long as the total amount of the blend stays the same, the label doesn’t change and the consumer is not informed. I want to be an informed consumer. If a product works for you one time, and the next bottle doesn’t, see if a blend was used. It could be one of the key ingredients that was beneficial to you is present in a lesser amount.
Uses rice hulls as a flow agent – Rice hulls or husks are the hard protecting coverings of grains of rice. Rice hulls would be the part that has the pesticides on them if they’re not organic. In addition to protecting rice during the growing season, rice hulls can be put to use as building material, fertilizer, soil improvement or mulching in gardening, insulation material, or fuel. One thing you don’t see is rice hulls offered as an edible food, yet here they are in a supplement uses as a flow agent. They provide NO benefit to the consumer. No thanks.
