I have one of the Veracity serums and just love it, so I jumped on the chance to review one of their supplements. They’re carried in the higher end department store beauty sections that I don’t normally have access to, so it feels like a real splurge when using them. In terms of the Estrogen Revive, I really like the warm mellow feeling that comes when I take this supplement. I’ve never had much of a problem with hot flashes per se, but I’m hoping some of the other post change issues I deal with will be addressed. The resveratrol in particular I’m hoping will help boost my own collagen production, and overall it’s something I’ve been needing to add to some of the other healthy aging supplements I’m taking. So this will fit in nicely with my current regimen.

Not seeing any skin improvement two weeks into use. Not feeling any different taking this either. YMMV for this, but I do not think it’s working for me.

I do feel better after taking their products for 2 weeks (2 capsules a day). No big breakout even before my period!
I know it’s not the cheapest option, but I like the product science backed.

I feel calmer when taking this so it does seem to be working but I can’t say I will shell out the $50 to get another one as it is not much a difference… but if it is worth it to you to feel calmer for a month $50 doesn’t seem like so much money.

I got these to help during PMS, because all the awful symptoms that come are a literal pain.. bloating, moodiness, cramps. These capsules are plant-based and have a slightly fruity smell probably due to the natural ingredients. I love that it’s only 1 capsule per day as the dose, because the capsules are large and some other brands’ doses are 2-3 capsules a day. So far, there isn’t too big a change, but my mood definitely seems better. I plan on only taking them during my monthly time, so the 60 capsules should hold out for a good while. Time will tell if they work well or not, so if they do, I will come back and update this. 🙂

Vital Estr Revive is part of the Veracity Selfcare line of supplements that pair with their Hormone Wellness Test. The idea is you order the test and then when you get your results you can order the correct supplement to address any deficiencies the test showed. It seems like a good estrogen supplement and is fairly easy to swallow. You’re supposed to take 1 per day for the first 1-2 months until your body adapts, then take 2 per day. That means a bottle will last 1-2 months when you first start, but only 1 month each going forward. At the time of this review, a bottle costs $55 which makes it pretty spendy, especially if you’re taking other Veracity Selfcare supplements too.
