I’ve eaten these gummies a few times prior to eating meals as instructed. They are semi-firm, and if you enjoy eating fruit snacks, they are similar to the texture of Walmart Branded Fruit Smiles. The taste is ok, I taste the apple cider and it leaves a slight aftertaste in my mouth.
I don’t normally eat ACV gummies, and I haven’t noticed any changes in my weight over the last month. It’s hard to tell the efficiency of food and drugs not evaluated by the FDA, but in terms of taste, it’s a good product.
