Not much to say. I followed the directions, and took it daily. I did not notice any change at all.

The second day, I took this supplement I felt horrible. The worst I have felt in a long time. I suffer from gastritis so I use probiotics regularly and I wanted to try this brand! I regret it immensely. It almost sent me to the hospital. If you have a weak stomach this product is not for you. Better go with the well known brands from your local pharmacy.

Today has been the first time taking it. I’ve tried many different probiotics, and nothing has worked for me. it actually did work the minute I took it. I could feel the difference in my bloating and was able to go to the bathroom. Which that also was a problem with taking the other products. I will give another update as I continue to use this product. I’ve decided that if it goes well, I’ll be purchasing all of their natural products.
