These gummies are quite yummy boasting a strong apple flavor, almost sour too. They are easy to chew and swallow. I don’t have any problem taking these without food. I haven’t noticed any effects on my weight good or bad but probably need to take them for a few more weeks first.

Not sure about the whole ACV benefits, but I guess it doesn’t hurt.
The flavor is OK. Not too vinegar tasting, but you certainly know it’s there. The texture is a little hard, compared to other ACV chewables, but at least they don’t stick to one another inside the jar. I’d order these again.

I’ve been taking both Apple Cider Vinegar liquid and sometimes these types of gummies. ACV is always better when it contains “the mother”. This one doesn’t. This contains 4g of sugar. So, in my opinion, it’s not the best combination (no “mother” but sugar).
The taste is okay, but there are other brands of ACV Gummies out there with zero sugar, but contain “the mother”. I think those would be better choices.

4 grams of sugar… PER SERVING! That is ridiculous in a serving size that is 2 gummies… aside from that being an obscene amount of refined sugar in any product, I am confused by how adding refined sugar to a Keto product works.
Maybe I’m no keto expert, but the reason we tend to stick to keto products is because of the absence of refined sugar.
Check the “nutrition” facts and be your own judge. But I’ll not take these simply because of there are 2 grams of sugar in EVERY gummy.
60g of each bottle is refined sugar. In fact, SUGAR is the FIRST ingredient.

My husband and I enjoy these ACV gummies. Taste-wise, they’re some of the best I’ve tried. They have a distinct apple/berry flavor, while still retaining a hint of sour from the ACV. If you struggle with taking ACV, these should be easily palatable for you. The only thing I’d prefer is if they were made with a natural sweetener like Stevia, rather than containing the sugar and syrup. That said, there thankfully isn’t much in the once a day serving of two gummies. The texture is good – a typical gummy texture that’s not too soft or too firm. Overall, these are a solid option, and I love the additions of beetroot and folate. I think the price is pretty typical for these types of gummies.

These gummy supplements come sealed in three twist-top plastic bottles. Each bottle is sealed for your protection. The gummies in the bottle have a vinegar smell to them. Each gummy is red and shaped like an apple. The gummies are on the more solid side rather than squishy. They are easy to chew and swallow and have a nice texture to them. They taste pretty good too, considering it is vinegar. These gummies have 4 g of added sugar and 25 calories per serving. The suggested directions state to take two gummies one to three times a day, which is kind of vague. I have been taking two daily but only once a day when I take my other vitamins. Since taking these, I have noticed no adverse effects. If you are looking to add apple cider vinegar to your diet, this is an easy way to do so.

These bottles came nicely packaged as a set of 3. There was a safety seal around the neck and lid of the bottle and then another safety seal over the opening of the bottle. The bottom of the bottle was clearly stamped with the Lot # and the Expiration Date. This particular set expires May 24, 2025. Plenty of time to use the 3 bottles with no waste.
Now on to the important things.
In my opinion companies like to throw around the word KETO thinking we are gong to instantly believe this is a healthy supplement we need for a KETO lifestyle.
But lets look at what type of sugars are not allowed on KETO. They are as follows:
Fructose
Sucrose
Dextrose
Maltose
Honey
Cane sugar
Agave
Corn syrup
Invert sugar
Malt (malt syrup)
Molasses
Now lets look at the label on this bottle of Ketosophy KETO ACV gummies. It includes, 4 grams of added sugars. Then go down further on the Supplement fact section of the bottle, you will see that Other ingredients also include: Glucose Syrup, Sucrose, and Dextrose. Also listed is Pomegranate Juice Powder (which contains sugar) and Beet Juice Powder (also contains sugar).
Now there are different version of KETO lifestyle that people participate in, such as Speed Keto, Keto, Dirty Keto and Lazy Keto. Maybe a version of KETO that is more lax will let you consume this supplements without feeling guilty. But that doesn’t take away from the fact that there is still sugar in these.
For those of you that think you can take this supplement and the weight is miraculously going to come off, you are wrong. We do not have miracle drugs as of yet. If we did, we would all be in perfect shape.
I no longer follow the KETO diet as strictly as I could, but I do cut out white sugars and definitely watch my carb intake. I do take these supplements and find that they help regulate my bathroom habits and keep me regular. And since internally I am working correctly, I feel that is also a help to losing weight.
But I do exercise regularly, 15,000 steps a day 6 days a week and 3 days a week of light weights. 1 day a week of rest. That exercise program definitely has a lot to do with the weight loss and not just the ACV gummies. It has taken me almost 2 years to lose 130 pounds, and at no time do I give any credit to this supplement doing the work for me. As a matter of fact, after getting hurt and had to stop exercising for almost a month, I did add back 15 pounds just from being more sedentary, even though I was still taking the KETO gummies.
I can say that I do like the texture of these gummies, they are not grainy at all, and there is no chemical smell. The taste is pleasant and does not leave an aftertaste.
So work out, eat healthy, and take these supplements if you feel they will fit into your KETO lifestyle. Just know they are not a miracle solution and they do have numerous types sugar in them.
I only took off 1 star because I feel the 3 bottles are a good deal. But they are advertising them like they are a great KETO product and with all the sugar in them, they really aren’t. I feel that is lying to the customers.
