I LOVE ACV… but my teeth do not! Even with drinking it watered down and through a straw I worry about the enamel damage over time. These supplements are a great alternative to drinking ACV. I also love the addition of ginger and cayenne pepper. I also like that these are really clean vs gummy supplements that would break my fast or take me out of ketosis (as I like to take ACV in the morning or early afternoon before eating.) It also makes it easier to stick to my health routine while traveling. Overall, this is a great value for a high-quality apple cider vinegar supplement and I’m happy to have found it! 🙂

I ordered these capsules because I’d been taking a shot of vinegar with water. These are much easier to swallow to me because the taste of vinegar isn’t there, they do have a smell of vinegar but that doesn’t bother me

I am trying ACV to help with digestion and reflux issues. I think that this is better for my teeth and sensitive throat by allowing me to avoid having the acid hitting the mucous membranes in my upper respiratory system. My tooth enamel as I age seems to be affected so any chance at lessening enamel erosion is great. Taste is much better than drinking the liquid form due to not having to taste the acidic “tartness”
Good mix of ingredients for digestion and tummy issues.

I’ve used apple cider vinegar for the last six years and have found it beneficial for gut health. While I dilute the liquid and drink it through a straw, there’s always the potential for enamel erosion so I was excited to try out the capsule variety.
The capsules are fairly large, but when taken with water I had no issues. They have a light vinegar smell but no aftertaste to worry about, although they should be taken with a meal for better absorption.
Unfortunately, after a month of dedicated use I’ve found these simply don’t work (for me). The addition of ginger and cayenne pepper made no difference, and while there were no negative side effects, there weren’t any positive ones. The indigestion and bloating I usually experience without apple cider vinegar returned, so it looks like I’ll go back to drinking it. Considering the price, there’s no harm in trying these out; just don’t expect a miracle.

In order for me to trust a supplement it must be made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility and have undergone third-party lab testing. This Life’s Fortune Organic Apple Cider Vinegar supplement meets my requirements. In addition to apple cider vinegar, it contains organic ginger, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup powder. It is vegan and free of GMO’s, gluten, and soy. Life’s Fortune is based in New York and has been around since the mid-90’s. They have a well-developed website and a slight social media presence. The website offers a phone number, email address, and contact form for customers to reach out for assistance. The company claims to have a 90-day return policy for a full refund if for whatever reason you are not satisfied. However, this return policy is worthless since the terms state that the bottle must be fully intact and sealed in order to qualify. How do you know you aren’t satisfied with a product until you have tried it? That is just plain wrong! Don’t claim to care about your customer’s satisfaction and then turn around and put policies in place that make it impossible for anyone to take you up on your satisfaction guarantee. That takes what would be a 5-star product down to 2-stars. I don’t have much patience for companies who mistreat their customers.

I have been doing ACV for a long while now, liquid, gummies and capsules. So when I switched to these, not surprising I did not notice anything different.
But no question this is the most practical way to take it.
While this does have other added ingredients, Cayenne Pepper, Ginger, that would also provide benefits, I normally get those from a separate supplement, so for me that is really not a plus.
So no question from this point on I will get my ACV from capsules, but I may look for other brands that may be more cost effective.

I like that these capsules are made with organic ingredients. I didn’t buy these for the ginger or cayenne pepper, but I’m fine that it’s there and likely is good for digestion.
Taking the capsules is super easy, especially if you’re already taking other pills. I’ve noticed my digestion feels better when I take these, so I’d say they work just as well as normal ACV. I don’t mind the taste of ACV in liquid form with some water, but sometimes it will mess with your tastebuds and ruin the taste of other food you might want to eat, so the capsules are nice to have.
Wish these were GMP certified, but I do like that they’re 3rd party lab tested. I would recommend these capsules for anyone looking to support their digestion without the strong taste of traditional apple cider vinegar.

These are fairly large capsules, with a slight vinegary smell, as would be expected. I have always heard about the benefits of apple cider vinegar, but the thought of drinking it just put me off. So I’m trying these. I don’t know how long it takes before seeing benefits, but I’m through almost the entire bottle and haven’t noticed any difference. Maybe it takes longer to take effect.
