When I woke up this morning I took two capsules, that was around 7:30 this morning, around 3:00 in afternoon it started kicking in. I am in so much pain, it’s like a really bad stomach ache sharp pains. I will not be Taking this again. I am in so much pain right now you’re better off taking a laxative I promise you. All I was trying to do is lose a little bit more weight be for my wedding, lesson learned the hard way!!!!

I thought it would be great to lose a few pounds so thought this would be helpful. Day one and two were fine but be prepared to dash to the bathroom.
I took it again at bedtime for day 3 and obviously didn’t drink enough water so have been in intense pain for a day. I think I lost 10 lbs in three days. For 24 hours, the cramps were so bad that I thought it might be something serious. I ended up taking naproxen for the pain, am in bed with a heating pad, took sodium bicarbonate, herbal tea and now gas ex. I spent the past night curled up in the fetal position unable to function.
This medication is extremely effective but make sure you down at least 16 ounces of water with it.
Be sure to plan accordingly and be prepared to poop. You don’t want to take this where you don’t have access to a bathroom upon remand.

So after reading reviews I was hesitant because many complained about severe cramps etc. NOT MY CASE. This stuff is powerful. Make sure you take it at night and then stay home the next day. It is a powerful laxative! Drink plenty of water. If it is too much, only take one pill. I did not lose any weight, but I did notice less bloating.

I just finished the 15 day cleanse I think everything is squeaky clean. When I did the detox I ate cleanly I went plant based and drank at least 128 oz of water, days 2-4 were tough. If you’re working you might want to ask to work a janitor shift cause you’ll be in and out of the toilet all day. Make sure you wake up an hour early before work or class, you take these before bedtime so your morning routine is going to need to deal with whats been marinating over night. I experienced a little lower abdomen pain but it subsided after I used the bathroom again. This thing is a literal PURGE, but now that I’m done I feel extremely well. I dropped about 12 lbs but I also ran a 5k and worked out almost each day so that may have affected it. Mentally I feel boosted, my morning energy levels have also increased and I feel “lighter” on the inside. Just make sure you try and eat clean, and drink pure water you’ll be fine.
