En comparación con los elevadísimos precios de la versión original, este producto es una buena alternativa. Los he usado en microondas y han durado. Compré la versión de 14 piezas y no me gustó que por ejemplo, un rojo cierra muy bien mientras que el otro no. O a uno de los verdes se le salen los líquidos. Creo que están bien para utilizarlos como medidores y después vaciar lo que sea que vayamos a comer en algunos 100% herméticos; siendo así la versión de 7 piezas la más recomendada.

I immediately like the easy storage and color coding of these containers. It even includes an awesome pamphlet to help determine how many of each colored box to have according to your calorie intake. It’s a great start to being portion conscious and would recommend to anyone seeking dietary tools to help you reach your goals. Only thing I would mention is that the labeling of the containers might easily get scratched/washed off. You can still follow color rather than labeling if this ends up happening. The containers themselves are great. I think it’s super shady though that the title and pictures state recipe books are included. It’s really misleading and that alone is enough to make me not want to buy from this seller again. To those who have purchased or are considering it, there are lots of resources and recipes on Pinterest and online to accommodate. Good luck to everyone because eating healthy is the hardest lifestyle change!

I’ve used these for approx. 30 days now. Yes these are knockoffs of the original “21 day fix” program however, these are perfect for people that already have a workout/exercise program or trainer and simply need a solution for portion control. My issue was portion control. I ate too much of the wrong thing (carbs) and did not eat often enough (I had very low energy). That has all changed now and I’ve lost weight and inches for sure (not sure how much, however, clothing all fits again!). All of the supplied information is easy to follow and to understand. I laminated the chart where you record what you eat and where you check off the colored boxes and placed it on my fridge. If you’re following the guidelines, you will find it is plenty of food. Also, it’s not like crash dieting where you feel hungry in between meals. You can eat one meal and be satisfied knowing the next snack is coming up in a few hours. This is a permanent eating solution that keeps your body fueled properly with balanced, healthy choices throughout the day. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this program. It’s really amazing. The only issues I’ve experienced are related to the lids for the orange containers, they don’t fit well which is really not a big deal.
Tip: measure items in containers after you cook them such as rice or oatmeal (unless it is a raw/fresh item such as lettuce)

These containers are great! So far nothing has leaked out. The top doesn’t leak at all. In fact I’ve had a hard time actually getting the top off of them, but honestly I’d rather have that than have it fall off all the time.
After seeing the sizes of the containers I was honestly afraid that I had made a mistake. I thought there was no way I’d be able to eat such smaller portions than I’m used to, but as it turns out they actually hold A LOT of food. And I was FULL! They really are great sizes.
Some people were worried that they may not be the same size as the 21 day fix containers. My friend brought her “official” waaaay more expensive containers and we compared the two of them. They’re identical.
The great thing about these, other than the great price is that it comes with a chart with the types of food you can eat (There’s a lot of food!) and they also give you a PDF of a food/ container chart where you knock off the food/containers you have eaten for the day that corresponds to how many calories you are supposed to intake.
It’s been great so far and I’ve lost about 5 pounds in a week since starting. Most importantly I feel great and in control! I think a lot of my problem and most other people is I just don’t know how much I should eat and when I need to stop. This does it for me.
The customer service is excellent! Kathy (one of the owners) contacted me right away to make sure I had everything I needed. When I had mentioned that I hadn’t received the pdf yet (it takes a few days after shipping) she sent it to me right away with a personal note. Excellent!
I totally recommend this! The price is great, customer service is fantastic, and the extra stuff you get along with the containers are totally helpful. There are others that are also cheaper than this specific brand ($8 versus $12, which is what I paid for this)but they have been known to leak, quality isn’t great, and it doesn’t come with the extras. I would much rather pay a bit more and have a better quality product.
Good but and I’m so glad I bought it! Looking forward to seeing my results in the next few weeks!

I purchased these containers to help portion my lunch and dinner meals. I like the easy to use guide that provides me with the number of containers I am supposed to have while cutting back on certain foods for my own personal weight loss. I have used measuring cups and scales before but this is so much easier. I have used these containers for a week and they are leak proof and sturdy containers. Also want to note that the portion control meal planning does take “planning” especially if you are limited to certain containers in a day and may need to use additional containers. This is one set only so I have to use my own containers for meals made in advance. I have yet to download the PDF menus but the box also contains a measuring tape for checking progress. Overall, these containers are a good price and well made.

I was skeptical at first about these containers. Didn’t know if this was going to come in too big or loose tops. But come to find out they are great. I ordered 2 sets so I can have backups just in case.
I’ve been prepping my meals in these containers and let me tell you they are very convenient. Because I don’t need to measure anything. The containers are already pre measured. It even shows you what goes in which containers. It’s a life saver honestly.
I’ve been going through a lot of changes since my baby and told myself I needed to go back on track. So since using these containers I am down 10lbs in 1 week. So far it’s been working for me and I’m more than satisfied with my purchase.
