These dietary supplement pills are a bit large, but the smooth capsules make them easy to swallow. They are slightly coated with a powder to prevent them from sticking together in the bottle in high heat or humidity – but this does not affect the taste at all.

At first I was extremely happy with Quick 10, it softly, definitely curbed my appetite, lifted energy, zero jitters.
Then, a serious problem emerged. So, even taking 1 at 5:30 AM, I consistently, cannot fall asleep until 4:30 ish AM the following morning. And I take melatonin and Advil pm regularly.
I tried opening the capsule and pouring 1/3 on a spoonful of yogurt. But, the appetite curbing power was compromised. I am planning on trying a 2-3 weeks off and 3-7 days on system, maybe that will work.
