My whole life I’ve struggled with weight and eating. Until I bought these.
I’ve not dieted for a month now, and the effects of having 1 to 3 of these a day (never exceding 100 carbs) are staggering. Combining Boost glucose control with no carb diet yields staggering results. My stomach has shrank, I eat less, and am less out of breath. No exercise routine yet at all. After week 2 results, I am happy to say that it isn’t just water weight in losing.
This Boost contains more vitamins for those in need of weight loss and higher metabolism. 200% of E, and a nice dosage of B6. Having just one of these for breakfast, and then eating diet friendly foods is enough.
Rich chocolate is my favorite, and tastes really good when chilled. It kind of tastes like a nice pudding, who can hate that!
The only con I have, is that these do leave a build up on your teeth over time. Nothing bad, you can just feel with your tongue. Easily fixed by brushing your teeth regularly (as you should) but I recommend mouth wash to really clear it in hard to reach areas.
These meal replacement drinks combined with other low carb meals, make losing weight a game changer.
And you know, I even got to eat whatever I wanted for Thanksgiving and still lost weight.

This is a great item for Type 2 diabetics!! (I can’t comment on suitability for Type 1 diabetics, as I have no knowledge of that condition.
Delivers a tasty chocolate flavor that is satsifying and delicious. Definitely sates chocolate cravings.
No, it doesnt satisfy like an expensive chocolate candy piece would do…but it is pretty darn good, and won’t spike your blood sugar. That’s a more than fair trade off.

I switched to Boost glucose control when the Ensure glucose control became unavailable due to supply and overpricing issues. I was thrilled to discover that the stomach upset problems I had from Ensure due to the imitation sugar, disappeared because Boost uses fruit sugar. Now my blood sugar is under control, and my stomach isn’t upset. Also they don’t price gouge like in Ensure was doing, and there is a readily available supply. This is a Winner!

My blood sugar is slightly elevated so I thought I would try out the Boost Glucose control. The taste is good and I can drink a whole bottle without issue. The drink has plenty of vitamins, minerals, and protein. One bottle has only 4 grams of sugar which is good for these types of drinks. The issue with this drink is the cost. I think its expensive for what you get. Despite the cost, I will buy the Boot on occasion as the drink is good in the morning when in a rush and you don’t have time for regular breakfast.

We have added these to our subscribe and save program as my husband was diagnosed with diabetes, Not only are they great chilled, work well with a banana smoothie but we use both the strawberry and chocolate shake along with OIKOS Zero yogurt, any sugar free dry pudding mix to make simple desserts sometimes topped with a cluster of fresh raspberries, sliced strawberries,etc, low enough calories to even add a 3 inch pre-made graham cracker crust underneath for a little cheesecake using the cheesecake pudding mix. Something we don’t do often but a nice treat for a couple times a month..They are..as another reviewer has said or seem to be helping myself loose belly fat along with some daily lunges I do when walking the dog. Full of good vitamins we all don’t realize we need, and keeps the husband from missing his Nestles Quick chocolate milk..
