Chose this because I was familiar with the brand. NAC is good for thyroid antibody reduction (TPO) , detoxification and gut health. There is some good reading on the subject on Izabella Wentz’s website. I mainly take it at night a few times a week so far. No adverse effects. Having bloodwork redone next week and hopefully there will be a difference. So far, though, so good.
I Want This Bad –
This arrived just as I was hit with an upper respiratory illness, possibly the flu or otherwise. I am not sure but I started taking this as soon as I could tolerate food. I take this with food at breakfast and lunch. So far no stomach upset. I am not sure if it works yet, but I am hoping it will boost my immune system.

Gonna be one of those posts that sounds like a commercial. But I researched the ingredients, read reviews, and paid for the product. Disclaimer: this is my personal opinion on my personal experiences only. Treat as anecdotal. Correlation doesn’t equal causation.
My Results: Drive to pick at skin decreased to manageable so I could internally enforce CBT on the very first day, allowing the actual wounds to heal more quickly. After about a day, excoriating would continue if the daily dose of two capsules was not taken. This was my main reason for using this. I’ve tried what seemed like everything over decades but this… and I’m glad I did.
Surprisingly, this also correlated with an overall drastic and immediate decrease in repetitive overthinking of every kind within a week. When I’d normally fixate, I can move on. When distortions would normally put my optimism and hope in jeopardy, this had recalibrated me! It refocused my perspective
Example:
When I’d listen to a good song I hadn’t heard in a while, I’d stop after two repeats, Not ten. It’s not a “zoned out” peaceful, but like my mind has good, non-squeaky brakes again. I’ve never had an over the counter (or Rx!) supplement do what this has accomplished.

I Want This Bad –
I’ve been taking NAC and Quercetin for years now but never had them combined together in one pill! This brand has both together and it delivers the same amount as the other brand. Also, these capsules are smaller than what I used before. Only time will tell if these are as potent as my other brand so I’ll update. If so, I’ll switch for good because the price is a little less than what I normally pay. This stuff is great for liver, lung function and immune health.
