Hydration & energy- two things that mamas need, and this product delivers! I love this product! I love the flavor, it’s sweet but not too sweet, and a little sour/tart which I like! Not a strong overpowering flavor. Mild and drinkable. Not super salty like some electrolyte drinks. Mixes well, I prefer an electric mixer in a glass as my video shows. Of course the color is beautiful, we love a pretty drink. I love that there is no artificial colors or flavors or sweeteners (I wouldn’t have purchased if so lol.) I love the individual packets to take on the go. Packaging and design are aesthetically pleasing.
Amazing product to replace electrolytes which I definitely need as a hot yoga teacher/practitioner and breastfeeding mama!
Also, I love the addition of B12 for natural energy! I really felt energized after drinking this. Clean energy, not leaving me feeling wired or jittery. Us moms need all the energy we can get!

There are lots of mixed reviews and everyone has different taste. In my opinion the taste is good. It’s light not too sweet and does help with hydration. I drank this while pregnant and now currently during breastfeeding. Can’t say that it does help with milk supply but it does encourage me to intake more liquids. I’d say buy it at your own risk. I do agree with others that it is pricey. It does mix very well so the quality is there along with the flavor. I’ve had other brands that didn’t mix well and left chunks at the bottom of my bottle. It also states that it gives you energy which I can’t even tell the difference. Overall I am satisfied with this product and will continue to purchase.

I just opened my 2nd shipment of this product & the packets are hard as a rock which probably means they are spoiled/moisture got in somehow. This is different then the first shipment I got which was normal powder electrolytes. I don’t have the option to return, this is not only frustrating but also dangerous to sell product in this state to pregnant women

Im struggling to drink/eat things that are too sweet during this pregnancy and this definitely has more of a strong coolaid kind of taste so I have to put it in a giant bottle and try and drink it throughout the day. Probably wouldn’t buy again for the cost

First off the taste is good but it does have that electrolyte after taste .the taste is strong I had to add more water than recommended to try to enjoy it .it does the job for sure I did not finish it, I drank about half and after about a hour I felt energized actually and hydrate .would not buy again though .

I used this product for 8 days taking one pack per day. I didn’t see an increase in my milk production however I was less thirsty and felt better hydration during the day and night. I usually wake up with my throat feeling dry when I was only drinking water but that didn’t happen while taking this product. I didn’t love the taste for the people who don’t like the taste of coconut water this is a very sutil taste and you won’t be thrown off by it. The taste and thee texture are the only reason why I don’t give this 5 stars. Texture was very grainy even with room temperature water.

I love these electrolytes. As a post partrum mom whom is constantly on the go, I don’t always get the hydration I daily need. These packets save my days! They hydrate me, provide me with natural energy and best of all they’re delicious. Not too sweet or salty which is a bonus. Love the individual packets for easy grab and go!
