I have severe anxiety and this takes the edge off throughout the day, can definitely tell the difference. For those saying it turns your P yellow thats just a natural thing from taking B vitamins, also that only happens to me if i take more than the reccomended dose. Great value and very happy with the results, will purchase again

I just purchased this product few days ago and I only took 3 pills . Two in the first day one the second one . I woke up with terrible headaches every day and just a whole body discomfort feeling . I don’t usually write reviews but this product did not worked for me . I used something similar in the last 2 months and I felt great . They discontinued them so I decided to try something new . Not sure what ingredient is not working for me but I will definitely stop using it . I wished I could return it but is not possible.

Works quick. This had me sleeping lovely but also having some of the most random dreams and I don’t often dream so I know I was DEEP SLEEP.
Don’t trip out but I wanna say that the B vitamins will have your pee neon yellow lol.

I was very skeptical when ordering this, but I liked the ingredients (and price:)), so I’ve decided to give it a try. I’ve got these capsules on February 7th. Today is February 14th. I AM SO HAPPY I’ve ordered this!!!! I am absolutely sure that these capsules work! I worry less throughout the day and sleep much much better! I can not explain how great the life is when you just stop worry about everything around! The best thing is that this is natural stress relief. I will definitely be ordering it again and again. I had been having really hard time getting up and going in the morning, somedays going back to bed for most the day. I have my own business and have fallen way behind because of this. I started taking these, I took 1 a day at bedtime for the first few day and didn’t notice anything but by the second morning of taking 2 before bed, I wake up ready to go and can’t go back to bed I try. I feel energized and renewed. Now flavor to the easy to swallow capsules and a great price also.

GET THESE!! Not only do they help to keep me calm during my stressful phone customer service job but they also make me feel kinda happyish, which is not easy for me. They even help me to not want to go drinking to releive stress. I am not saying they always do that but for the most part I can tolerate more when I take 2 of these. Anyway, if you are depressed they might help to pick you up, but I take them to tolerate customer service stress and they do that. They make me feel less reactive which is just what I need. Try these if you are stressed. the quality seems to be good because they specifically work. I can feel it….HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I had been dealing with a lot of anxieties and was just having trouble keeping it together. I bought these because of the ingredients and previous reviews. I took the amount suggested and gave it a bit to kick in. I promise, these things do help cut into your anxiousness so that your body can then relax and drift to sleep. I use them from time to time when needed and have recommended them to others.

Have had success with a different brand of Ashwaganda, however this came in a different bottle than pictured, gives chemically tasting burps, and does not at all help like other brands. Can’t recommend.
