I’ve recently spent some time in physical rehab & the “hospital food” was woefully under-portioned, especially in terms of the protein needed to rebuild muscle & get back on my feet.
I was fine with any kind of protein bar, grainy & tasteless as most of them are, just as long as I got the protein I needed. I was pleasantly surprised with just how good these bars tasted!

I only received a package of four bars. What a rip off. Shady as hell. I wish I can give them zero stars.
