It’s true- as so many others report- the bars have not expired, yet they are so hard it is difficult to bite through them. The maker should do something about this and they should pull the bars that are already made this hard and try to re-formulate. Otherwise- it is a GOOD QUALITY line of protein bars- just wish they would listen to their consumers and do the right thing. As far as the “Chocolate Peanut Butter” flavor, as in most cases with this flavor of protein bars, you taste ONLY chocolate and not peanut butter. For those of us who do NOT particularly like chocolate, there are few protein bars that do not strongly feature the flavor of chocolate.

These are the worst protein bars I’ve ever eaten in my life! stay far far away they’re extremely hard, even after microwaving them and they soften up It does nothing to help the taste or the texture of these bars. I tried one, and I had to toss the rest what a waste, these need to be reformulated. Update they contacted me after my review and offered me a full refund. These bars weren’t for me but it’s rare that a company will go the extra mile like that . If the bars change in the future I will give them another try. This business cares and that’s impressive to me .

It can be so hard to find a good quality protein bar that also tastes good… Well, Legion has done it! The flavor options are great (it was hard to pick one, would love to see a variety pack come out!) but the chocolate peanut butter is right up my alley. I think the price is very reasonable especially also being good quality. The texture was a little harder than I expected based on the look but it was bad at all! I love that these have the added health benefit of 8g of fiber too!! Most protein bars do not have fiber that I see so to squeeze 8g in with 20g protein is top tier!! Will definitely but again and highly recommend!

I popped this in the microwave for about 10 seconds and it was absolute money. The PB&J flavor is awesome, the bits of jelly chunks in there were a burst of flavor that I loved. 20 grams of protein for 250 calories is at the upper limit of what I would like for a protein bar, but I love using this as a substitute when I can’t get in a post workout meal due to the 29g of high quality carbs. No artificial sweeteners as well, ingredient list is solid!

As a fitness coach I’m always looking for high quality protein bars for my self and for my clients.
Not only do these taste amazing they also have high quality ingredients which I can’t say about many of the others I’ve tried!
They are a bit harder to chew compared to others however I keep mine in the trunk of my car for clients and for when I’m on the go so the heat makes them much softer and easier to chew.
They also don’t make a mess which is super nice!
