I ordered the lemon lime flavor, pictured. The immediate thing to note is that it tastes just as described, with no weird aftertaste or overwhelming sweetness. The flavor is not the only selling point however – even a single scoop in the morning for the past week or two has helped me feel more like myself in the Florida heat. There is a ton of science behind electrolyte supplements and Sweet-IV delivers on their promise. It works great, it tastes great, and I will be ordering again!

This is a great supplement for those who want to keep hydrated during there workout while working to push past there limits. The addition of potassium also adds a great value to post workout recovery. The fruit punch taste is also amazing with the right amount of water, if you want a stronger flavor use less water like 5 oz. And if you want less flavor use what is on the package. Love this product and definitely recommend!!

I have a lot of depletion problems, probably stemming from the massive amounts of coffee I consume. I end up with muscle cramps in the feet at night, and they can be quite painful. So I’m always looking for a palatable way to replenish my electrolytes, and this powder does just that. It dissolves well in water, much better than the last electrolyte powder I purchased. It tastes good too, a little sweet with lemon flavor, but not as tart as lemonade. I wouldn’t say I yearn for glass after glass of it, but it’s certainly pleasant. All told, this is a palatable way to replenish those electrolytes while simultaneously hydrating, definitely worth your consideration if you’re in the market for that.

I bought this product looking for an extra boost in the gym and WOW I am completely mind blown by the insane pumps and results from this! The sodium really works its magic into keeping my electrolytes in a muscle building state and makes my muscles feel full and denser while I work out. It helps me push through my set without feeling the weight as much which in return helps me build more muscle!
