I have several brands of creatine gummies as well as some chews. I love creatine but I HATE that chalky, sandy textured powder with a passion so I am always looking for something better. The chews are a bit less chalky but seem to be the next most effective for me. The gummies definitely work but they do not seem as potent. Not a single brand of gummy gives me the same level of kick as the chew or the powder BUT they are easy to transport, easy to store (I keep a container in my office drawer for the days I go straight from the office to the gym) and they don’t taste horrible. It’s a trade off. I got a bit of a boost from the gummies and while not as much as a chew or powder, I was able to take them in the car on the way there without worrying about getting powder on myself or gagging down a chew. I just popped them in on the way. They taste a lot better and are easier to store and transport so there’s a trade off but in my opinion these are a great supplement. These will live in my desk drawer at work so twice a week, I’ll grab a couple on my way out the door when I head to the gym. If you travel for personal or work…these are a must have. It’s hard enough to get the right protein on the road but trying to juggle pre-workout, and other forms of creating – pain. These are very easy to travel with. So far so good and they aren’t expensive so to me, these are definitely worth the purchase.

Definitely prefer this to powdered version. The taste is not bad but definitely takes a bit to get used to. The gummies themselves are bit on the chewie side, it feels almost like stale gummies. They have more of a swedish fish texture than a gummy bear springiness to them. Definitely better than mixing up powder but the gummy formula could use work.

Gummies are not super soft and gooey, they are firm but not hard.

As with many of these creatine gummies, I question how they are delivering 5g of creatine in just 2 gummies, while also saying there’s 3g of carbs, plus the ingredients like pectin and water needed to make the gummy structure.
Looking at this mathematically, the container plus contents weighed 14.6oz. The container by itself is just over 1oz, so that leaves at best, 13.6oz, or 385g of gummies. Divide that by 120 gummies, and you get 3.2g per gummy. The serving size is 2 gummies, so that means we have 6.4g of total product in a serving.
They claim 5g of creatine + 3g of carbs, which already puts us well over 6.4g. Then you add in the other products, and it seems more like you’d need to realistically take 4 gummies for a true serving, rather than the claimed 2. There are other vendors selling similar gummies with similar ingredients, yet with a serving size of 4, so I feel anyone selling these with a serving size of 2 is being disingenuous at best.
The taste is fine, and the product is otherwise as stated in the ad, I just lack confidence that I’m getting anywhere near a full 5g of creatine.

Tough to tell if it’s working or not. I’ve been an avid gym goer my entire life and this is the first time I’ve ever used creatine. I am following directions on bottle. Time will tell.

These creatine gummies come in a sealed container so you can be assured that the gummies are fresh and haven’t been tampered with. I actually wasn’t expecting them to taste so good. I’d say the texture is close to Black Forest gummies. They aren’t hard and chewy like Haribo gummies and there is no after taste.
These are very convenient to eat compared to using powdered supplements.
