This electrolyte powder comes in a good sized container with a measuring spoon included, which is helpful in dosing it. We found half a spoonful is plenty in a glass of water. The product itself takes a moment to dissolve & a spoon is unfortunately needed to help, however the product itself tastes fantastic and boosts one’s energy almost immediately as it’s content is directly released into the body’s system. I have been using and enjoying every day. I look forward to being refreshed every time. I know to shake the bottle each time before drinking–no problem. BUT I’m having a REAL PROBLEM with the powder absorbing moisture and turning to SOLID. I’m using the original container and I even put a small bag of saltine crackers inside to absorb moisture—doesn’t work! I’m almost done with using this product.

I really enjoyed the taste of this product and it does not have an awful after taste that I usually experience with similar products.
