It’s hard to really know if this makes a difference in my overall health but I THINK it does, so it does.
I have filtered, or RO water, so it makes sense to need to add minerals back to my water. I believe this is quality and will keep buying it. I just use like 60 drops in my 64oz water (I think it calls for 40 drops in 32oz) once or twice a day (sometimes I’ll just drink filtered water without remineralizing it)
Recommend for anyone adding minerals back to their filtered water. One way or another, make sure to add it back.

alkanized water filters out minerals so i bought this to add minerals to my filtered water. it was easy to measure and instill into my water. there was no taste whatsoever. unfortunately it was out of stock often and eventually no longer available.
