So I had used this product before and I liked it, but I feel in love with it when I started trekking and needed serious hydration and I dislike the flavored electrolyte tablets so this was a game-changer for me. If you mix it right you won’t even get an aftertaste, it is quite convenient and when I climbed Kilimanjaro recently it was all I used and I was absolutely pleased because I tend to get headaches if I exercise or work out a lot (which can be an issue since you don’t want to be confused with an altitude sickness symptom) in any case it was ideal and conveniente and my fellow trekkers ended up using the rest of the bottle. Huge fan of quicklytes and would recommend to anyone (they’re also a life-savor when you have a massive hangover lol)

I get dehydrated easily and need a lot of electrolytes to function. I love that this is unflavored and cheap, which means I can use it while I am active without risking heartburn. And I can use it as frequently as I need and not worry about the cost. It’s just salt and minerals, after all!
It’s been a huge improvement to be able to stay in better balance, which let me complete a 3 day race last year. Without a product like this, I would have really struggled that last day.

I recommend this to everyone I know who I think it will help which includes everyone. I got so dehydrated one time I had chills, diarrhea ,foot cramps and was getting disoriented. Thankfully the foot cramps told me it it was dehydration so I started downing the 16.9 oz bottles of water available to me… It took 6 bottles! that is SO filling and I couldn’t stop because the foot cramps hurt and they wouldn’t stop until my body was sufficiently re hydrated. need less to say I spent the rest of the day in the bathroom. I thought there has to be a better way so I started researching and came across Quicklytes. a gift from above! I really works and you don’t have to drink so much to get re hydrated. What a gift! I put some lemon or squirt a little flavor into the bottle so It tastes better. I would HIGHly recommend this.

I just ordered more and I’m hoping my current bottle can hold out a couple more days. For some reason I couldn’t find this on Amazon when I looked a couple weeks ago and I ended up buying a similar brand — it was awful, with this faint lemon flavor from added citric acid. But Quicklytes is SOOOOO much better. I’ve been using Quicklytes for a couple months now and I feel much healthier and more hydrated when I use it. The taste is mild, and I actually find the faint saltiness enjoyable. I usually get a stomach ache if I drink regular water on an empty stomach, but not with this added. Plus I’m having fewer headaches. It’s not a product I want to go without. Well worth the money.

I’m currently living a Keto lifestyle, so an electrolyte intake is a must. I’ve been shopping around from Drugstore to Gnc, to Amazon just to look for an electrolyte that will fulfill the mineral that I need without the added sugar. So I decided to give this a try and it works great! This subsided my occasional leg cramps meanwhile gives me a boost of energy. The taste is acceptable, there is no flavor to it, I take a teaspoon with my ACV and lemon juice mix with water in the morning and you can’t taste the difference. However, if you add this to just plain water, it sorta neutralizes the mineral in the water and makes it taste like spring water. If you are use to drinking spring water then you probably wouldn’t mind it, however I prefer the taste of purified water with added mineral, so I can only drink this in ACV and lemon juice.

I didn’t get the quenched thirst and hydrated feeling. Flavor was a no as well. I am stuck with Buoy. Not searching for another alternative. It checks all the boxes.

This liquid is very easy to take. I’m glad that when I read other reviews, I read one reviewer suggested that rather than adding the ¼ teaspoon to large amounts of water, to instead add it to a little bit of water and just drink it down. That is what I do now. It barely has any taste at all. It’s not too salty and barely changes the water’s flavor. I prefer to have it down me quickly so it can start to work. Since it’s so easy to take, I’ll be reordering when I need another bottle. I like that it’s vegan and that it’s so easy to get it working for you. It’s effective and allows you to profit from the electrolytes easily. This has been a very good purchase for me.
