Love these creatine gummies! They taste great, and I have more energy after I take them.

These taste awesome but are definitely a little pricier than other gummies. Keep in mind the nutritional info in the pictures (which show a mushroom blend) are NOT what you get here. These are, indeed, creatine gummies. They just have the wrong nutritional photo up in the images above. These more or less do the job, and are easy, efficacious, on the go ways to get your creatine!

This is a good quality supplement. The dosage is good at 5 grams. There’s 30 total servings. They taste fine. Furthermore, the price is relatively reasonable for what you’re getting. All in all, this is a good quality supplement. I’d buy this again and would recommend it to anyone interested in it.

They will tend to clump together in time, but if you are taking them at the suggested rate of four gummies per day that wont be a big issue. The flavor is a little sour, instead of overly sweet, and I like that. Easy to chew and no added sugar. There are some carbs, likely from carrot juice extract and corn starch. Not a big issue for me, but at 10g per four gummies that can be an issue for some. I think it’s a great way to get a creatine supplement.

The flavor is wild strawberry, it tastes and smells amazing. I take 4 gummies before a workout, and the effect is immediate. No stirring and getting it to dissolve, just take and go.

I used to take 5 grams of creatine powder mixed in my water or tea before working out. These gummies are easier to take and way more yummy than the powder. The wild strawberry flavor of these is delicious, and it feels like a reward for doing the workout. I am experiencing all the benefits I am used to getting with creatine, and I’ve had no negative effects from these gummies. The gummies taste fresh. Those were the pros. Now for the cons: I don’t see any third-party testing or GMP-facility certifications, which is troubling to me.

I have been taking 5 grams of creatine daily, primarily in the form of creatine monohydrate powder. These gummies provide convenience, as I travel frequently. The serving size of four gummies provides 5 grams of creatine, and they are free from added sugars. The flavor is delectable, and I particularly enjoy the “Wild Strawberry” variety. The packaging is well-sealed and secure. While the price may be slightly higher compared to creatine monohydrate powder, I will not use these gummies as my primary source. Instead, I intend to keep them in my travel-friendly supplement bag.
