Large 16.2 ounce / 20 serving plastic canister – came bar coded, stamped with lot ID and expiration date of 6/2026. Canister was safety sealed under twist lid. Labeling indicates product is manufactured in the USA in a GMP compliant facility using international and domestic sourced ingredients. Inspection did not reveal any off odors, scents, and appearance. Instructions state to mix one scoop in 14 to 16 ounces of water. I do like the design that keeps the scoop on top. Always hate having to hunt for it.
Ingredients include several proprietary blends/formulas. Typically, I am a bit wary of these – I will update this review should I find or experience any noticeable reactions or issues. This does have the full spectrum of BCAAs – although much of this is also included in my protein powder. This mix also includes minerals and electrolytes – calcium, magnesium, sodium, chloride, and potassium. In addition, this product incorporates taurine, Himalayan pink sea salt, KSM66 ashwaghanda extract, a seaweed derived calcium citrate malate, potassium citrate, and a proprietary citicoline, as well as some elements to aid with absorption.
I went with the Welch’s grape flavor. Very nice, easy to drink. No weird chemical or aftertaste. Mixes very well without a lot of sediment. I do appreciate that this product is not spiked with a ton of caffeine and can be consumed at any time of day without throwing off sleep. I do feel like it has helped me with recovery post workout as well as helping with hydration during. Overall, decent product.

I looked for a lot of different ones and everyone said get this brand. This flavor tastes great. But I do notice a boost while I’m working out, feels a lil more stronger doing reps

I’m usually not the biggest fan of the tastes of recovery drinks like this, but this one was pretty good. The flavor was actually something I liked. It was orange but almost seemed like it had hints of other citrusy fruits. Definitely helped me stay hydrated and keep myself feeling a little better on very hot days. I really liked this one would be willing to try more things from this company. If you’re looking for a different kind of recovery / hydration aid, I’d recommend giving this Ghost powder a try.

I drink plenty of water daily thanks to these fabulous insulated bottles that keep ice frozen all day & I just add more water. However, after exercising or a long day working on the property I find I need something more than just water. I usually go with the *ade drinks but thought I’d give this a try. The Orange Squeeze flavor is very orange, with a hint of creamsicle & a little bit of a zip. I appreciate all of the hydration/recovery ingredients and that this is in power form. It mixes up easily in water & I really like that I can use my own reusable bottle instead of opening a new, single use plastic bottle every time I want to drink it. Yes, I recycle but the best thing for the environment is less plastic from the start.

Pretty great stuff! It has a great ingredient profile, with all of the amino acids being essential amino acids (EAAs), which your body cannot produce on its own, making them far more important to supplement than non-essential aminos. Then most of the EAAs are BCAAs, which are the most important EAAs for fitness. And then they have some extra ingredients like taurine, ashwagandha, and citicoline, and a terrific electrolyte blend which ISN’T just salt! They also have potassium, calcium, and magnesium, and note the amount of chloride (from salt)–all important electrolytes. My only complaint is that supplemental potassium is actually not good–you should only get it from food. But not many people know that and people would want to see it included so it makes sense. Good stuff!

I call it my gamer drink. The flavor is a fun junk food kind of taste, though the electrolyte flavor stands out. I’ve been trying to figure out how to get it to all dissolve in my cup – mere mixing with a spoon ain’t it. Going to try my smoothie ball, then if that doesn’t take I’ll dissolve it in a little hot water then add cool water once dissolved. Tastes best ice cold.

This is a quick review on taste and value instead of the effectiveness of BCAAs/EAAs. Occasionally I’ll go through intermittent fasting phases and when I do, that’s when I’m consuming drinks like this. I love the labeling/marketing and the flavor lives up to it. It’s basically liquid candy. I can see how it might be hard to drink for some people if they aren’t into sweets. Personally I enjoy it though. Current price works out to about $1.80 per scoop/serving size so it’s not the cheapest. If you feel like you’re benefiting from the nootropics and hydration then I can see how it’d be worth it.

The flavor here is like a somewhat salty blue raspberry gummy candy. I really enjoy it. It mixes better than other brands I’ve used but it doesn’t fully dissolve. There’s always a little chalkiness to the drink and a residue coating the entire inside of my shaker cup. It’s really strong in flavor so I can’t use the recommended full scoop, I typically only use half a scoop to 24oz of water and yes, it’s still chalky because there are definitely some insolubles in this blend. Pretty good overall but could be better.
