So let me start off first by saying I haven’t been using this product long enought to give my best review but I will give my honest review of what I have seen so far. I have tried a couple other things from this company and try have all worked fine so this is why I wanted to try this product because my boyfriend is always looking for new vitamins and supplements for his thyroid issues. So far he hasn’t had any complaints about the product. He hasn’t had any weird side effects no headache, stomach pains, or jitteriness. I have high hopes and so far they seem legit that this product will be just as good as the others in this companies line up of vitamins. I always look for supplements that are as natural as possible and with the least amount of possible side effects also. (Disclaimer- I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review of this product)

My husband takes fenugreek to help with energy and other health benefits. He used to take this other brand that smelled like maple syrup and urine. I’m not even kidding. He’d take it and smell terrible even up to an hour after. I decided to look for something that would still give the same benefits and wouldnt have him smelling like a men’s bathroom in Canada after a hotcakes and hockey night. These capsules are great! Theres no smell and they’re twice as strong as the other ones so less pills to take daily. Definitely would recommend especially if you’re turned off by the smell.

Ordered before and like product. This time the cap was very hard to open and when opened the safety seal was punctured as if someone put their finger through it. Don’t like that I can’t return it even with the faulty packaging.

This really works well both for blood sugar regulation and boosting testosterone! No jitters an caffeine effect. It seems very subtle and effective. It boosts my energy a bit and maintains a constant level of go power. I have tries other testosterone boosters and this one is at the top 2 on amazon in my book. The product description is very accurate “FenuTrax by Vitamonk is a premium fenugreek extract standardized for 50% fenuside (a high amount of saponin glycosides aka “the good stuff”). Please remember that FenuTrax is NOT simply “traditional” fenugreek. Our specialized extraction process pulls all of the highly desirable saponins and glycosides, commonly known as “fenusides”.
These special compounds are what create all the powerful beneficial effects. Traditional fenugreek will not provide the same effects as our specialty extract. FenuTrax is usually taken by men, but can be taken by women if so desired.” Although I am not sure what the benefits for women to take this product it is a very effective product for men. I had the opportunity to get this product at a discount for my honest review but this is definitely the brand I will choose to keep using in the future. Unless of course my doctor says that I do not need a testosterone booster. Highly recommended!

I take it for athletic performance purposes and I can tell you, this brand is of good quality Fenugreek. Increase in libido will occur, fyi.

I only use 1 pill per day as I was taking 600mg of plain extract before (which I think usually has about 20% effective furostanols). I purchased these based on a few reviews that stated there was no more maple syrup odor. I can’t smell any of that telltale fenugreek odor that my wife despises; however, she says she can smell it a little. So, although it’s reduced, it must not be completely gone. However it is an excellent value for what you get and most people probably won’t notice any odor.
